Has Fraser Olender, the hottest chief stew on Below Deck, formed a romantic connection with comedian and podcast host Matt Rogers? According to several factors observed during BravoCon 2025, this answer is a resounding YES.
These men make a handsome pairing. But for fans of Below Deck, you might be wondering what on earth happened, because the last time we saw him, Fraser already had a man. During Season 12, Fraser revealed that he was seeing someone, but they both worked on boats, so they only saw each other for five days out of the year. But then, shortly after filming (in case you missed it), Fraser announced that he was single.
Fraser also explained what he was looking for next, noting that he was “picky.” He is also “traveling 24/7,” so dating remains “tough.” But overall, Fraser is looking for “someone composed who has their life somewhat in order. People think that I’m looking for someone who’s super uptight.”
But “That’s me. I’m not looking for me per se.” Thankfully, Fraser has since reportedly found his next “not him” partner in Matt.
Matt Rogers’ boyfriend has been confirmed as Below Deck star Fraser Olender
Yesterday, Fraser posted several images on Instagram, speaking about his rather scary BravoCon weekend. Midway through, Fraser “was having trouble breathing.” His “chest was tight,” and his breathing felt strained, he penned. So, he had to miss an event with his fans last Sunday, which “absolutely destroyed” him.
Thinking quickly, his “Bravo/NBC angels swept me into an ER, and suddenly, I’m starring in my own medical thriller. EKGs, X-rays, and CAT scans, all confirming that my heart and lungs are having a bit of a meltdown – on BravoCon weekend, out of all weekends. Fml,” he quipped.
Then, Fraser revealed, “A very special human stayed with me until 5 am whilst I lay there useless, in agony, attached to multiple machines and pumped with the strongest meds – sooo grateful for him, the nurses and the docs!” While Fraser failed to give us his name, Matt was front and center in many of his images, including one that looked very couple-y.
Matt also shared an image of himself and Fraser, showing their arms wrapped around each other at BravoCon. As many commenters noted, they were all here for this hard launch.
Matt Rogers was previously linked to musician Henry Koperski
Long before any BravoCon rumors about Matt and Fraser sounded, Matt and musician Henry Koperski had a solid thing going. However, much like Fraser (and likely all of us, were we also famous), Matt keeps his personal life private. But in 2017, as Matt explained on his popular Las Culturistas podcast, he and Henry broke up. Regardless, Matt and Henry remain ever supportive of each other to this very day.
In 2022, Henry co-composed, directed, and arranged the music for Matt’s musical comedy show, “Have You Heard of Christmas?” This show took off and is still in rotation, courtesy of Matt and Henry’s ongoing annual tour. Tickets are already on sale over on Matt’s website.
Further detailing how close Matt and Henry are, despite their split, Matt posted a kindhearted tribute to his ex after one of their first holiday shows together. As Matt penned, “Henry Koperski, you are so many things to me.” He then described Henry as his “first real love and heartbreak,” his “phoenix from the ashes magical friend,” his “one-man comedy focus group,” a” lovingly constructive critic, and “the music to my lyrics,” among other sweet blurbs.
As Matt ended, “This is our show.” And even though both parties have moved on, “we will have that forever.”
Matt and Fraser romance rumors went wild, but were later confirmed by Andy Cohen
So many rumors started during last weekend’s annual BravoCon fest. From cast shakeups to old fights and more, every reality television star who attended clocked in and did their best to (further) secure their Bravo bags. Cue Andy Cohen, the unofficial godfather of these Bravolebrities, moving some of these rumors along, including the one regarding Fraser and Matt’s potential pairing.
On his radio show, SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live, Andy set this rumor straight. As he confirmed, “So Matt Rogers, I guess he’s public with Fraser from Below Deck. They are dating, and they were together, and they were lovely together.”
Andy continued, “I love them together. It was so cute. It was just great. They are so wonderful.”
There you have it. If anyone has the 411, it’s Andy, Bravo’s king of midnight fun. Even still, we already knew that something was afloat between these two witty stars. After all, Matt hysterically penned, “Healthy like an ox, unbreakable, hot, etc,” on Fraser’s frightening hospital post, which, if Matt were dating anyone else, would have been a major faux pas.
Now, how do we get Matt and his podcast cohost, Bowen Yang, on at least one charter during Below Deck Season 13?
