Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are heading into their first holiday season as an engaged couple, and while they’re keeping most details private, new reports share how they plan to spend Thanksgiving and the festive weeks ahead.
Here’s what Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are going to do during Thanksgiving
Travis Kelce already has one confirmed Thanksgiving plan: he’ll be on the field. The Kansas City Chiefs face the Dallas Cowboys in an away game at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, on November 28. What remains uncertain is whether Taylor Swift will join him. The singer has not attended any away games this season or last, reportedly partly due to security factors, and the couple has generally maintained a low profile throughout 2025.
According to a report from Us Weekly, the pair is preparing for a cozy, family-oriented holiday stretch. “It will be very low-key, family-centric, and [won’t involve any] major travel,” a source claimed. The outlet added that Kelce and Swift are “planning to split time with their respective families.”
The same source added, “Travis fits right in with her family, and Taylor adores [his mom] Donna. They talk all the time… make sure to see both sides as often as they can. They are super family-oriented, and they have always loved that about one another.”
Kelce is also scheduled to play on Christmas Day, which is a home game, ultimately making his holiday calendar even tighter. Swift attended his 2023 Christmas matchup with her family, though she has kept a lower profile at his games this season.
The singer is currently gearing up for the release of The End of an Era, her six-part Disney+ docuseries chronicling her final Eras Tour performance. The first episodes drop on December 12, with two released each week through December 26. The trailer includes snippets featuring Kelce, hinting that the series will show a rare behind-the-scenes look at their relationship.
