We’re nine episodes into The Real Housewives of Potomac Season 10, and we’re getting deeper into the Chris Samuels of it all. Lord help us! When we last left off, the ladies were at Gizelle’s Reasonably Shady party, with Keiarna and Cookie pointing fingers at Stacey for allegedly gossiping about Monique to Chris. Stacey’s response? She pointed her finger right back at them — literally.
In The Real Housewives of Potomac Season 10 Episode 9, “Leaks What You Speak,” the accusations continue to fly. Did Stacey contact Chris? Does Monique care about any of it? The best way to get answers is to go straight to the source — and that’s exactly what the ladies did this week.
What happened on The Real Housewives of Potomac Season 10 Episode 9?
At Gizelle’s podcast party, Keiarna lost her cool on Stacey, and her pal Angel tried to confront Wendy. The whole thing turned into a huge mess, but congrats on 10 million downloads, Gizelle and Robyn. Later in the episode, Monique finally sat down with Stacey and issued her a stern warning about interacting with Chris. But it wasn’t for the reasons you might expect.
The Unreasonably Shady party continues
It’s incredibly on-brand for Gizelle’s Reasonably Shady party to be one of the most off-the-rails events of Season 10 so far. In Episode 8, security had to escort Cookie out of the room after getting a little too heated with Stacey. Still, the drama continued.
Keiarna and Cookie claimed that Stacey called Chris and told him everything Monique said about him when they were filming at World Pride. To get to the bottom of it, Charrisse jumped into the scene, whipped out her phone, and called Chris directly. She’s not even getting paid to be there, and she’s working harder than some of the women holding flutes this season. We’re looking at you, Angel.
“I just want to know if Stacey communicated with you about a conversation that was had about Monique,” Charrisse asked. “That’s it. Yes or no?”
“Yeah, I don’t know nothing about what the fuck y’all people talking about,” Chris replied.
So, case closed, right? Wrong. Even though Chris himself just told the ladies that Stacey didn’t call him, they refuse to believe it. They’re stuck on the idea that Stacey lied, and Gizelle said there’s “nothing” that could change her mind.
Stacey is outnumbered in the RHOP circle
Earlier at the Reasonably Shady party, Angel told Gizelle that she was feeling some type of way about Wendy. Gizelle couldn’t wait to run that back, and she brought the two together to hash things out. It went about as well as you’d expect.
Angel tried to explain that Wendy had been “dismissive and snide,” but that only emboldened Wendy to be even more dismissive and even more snide. The fact that Angel is still trying to pin Gizelle’s catfish comments on Wendy didn’t help her case.
Poor Angel made zero progress, but her buddy Keiarna swooped in as her saving grace. She was still fuming over Stacey, and somehow, Angel and Wendy’s argument devolved into Keiarna screaming at Stacey.
“You’re a tired ass hoe from Detroit, and I know one when I see one,” Keiarna told Stacey.
After another round of back-and-forth, Stacey decided it was time to leave. She fled for the elevator. Jassi ran after her, but Gizelle popped up and encouraged her to go because she still felt “iffy” about Stacey. Poor girl. It only took nine episodes, but the ladies finally seem to have shaken the QVC queen — at least a little bit.
Is there a path forward for Stacey?
After the Reasonably Shady madness, Gizelle, Tia, Ashley, and Keiarna met up at Angel’s house with nothing on the agenda other than to talk trash about Stacey. Angel put out a charcuterie spread and six types of alcohol just for them to sit around and drag her.
They’re all convinced that Stacey lied. They’re fixated on the idea that Stacey called Chris and repeated things Monique said. Even though Chris already denied it, these women are practically foaming at the mouth for a reason to stay mad.
Ashley, who has been spearheading this Chris storyline all season, suggested that Stacey and Monique meet to clear the air. Great. Get them on the phone!
Elsewhere in the DMV, Stacey and Wendy met up at Jassi’s house to decompress. A slightly defeated Stacey wanted to find a way forward with Monique, but her bigger concern was Keiarna. Why is she always so aggressive?
“I think you are her favorite toy in the toy box,” Wendy said.
Just like Ashley, Wendy felt the next step was a conversation between Stacey and Monique. Stacey agreed — but only if Keiarna wasn’t anywhere near her.
Wendy’s mom brags about her money on Real Housewives of Potomac…
There were a few scenes this week to distract from the ongoing Chris/Stacey/Monique saga. Ashley met with her mom to talk about their relationship. Keiarna met with her mother to ramble about Greg and a condo no one cares about. And then Wendy sat down with her mom, and the feds might want to pull the footage.
Wendy has been navigating difficult feelings about her dad. She and her sister are estranged from him, and he didn’t wish her a happy birthday. She invited her mom, Susan, over to talk, and Susan made some big claims about Wendy’s finances.
Susan, who has had a head-to-toe glow-up since we first met her, arrived sporting a Christian Dior bag. When discussing Wendy’s issues with her dad, she told her, essentially: It’s his loss.
“Look at how you’re taking care of me,” Susan said, gesturing at her new bod. “I’m the one enjoying your money!”
Susan is shouting from the rooftops about “enjoying” Wendy’s money, designer bag bouncing, while Wendy is undergoing a six-figure home renovation and facing a 16-count fraud indictment. Susan even hollered at the contractors to install a bigger chandelier. “Wendy’s got the budget!” she said.

Monique and Stacey clear the air
After weeks of speculation about Stacey’s connection to Monique’s husband, the two finally sat down to get to the bottom of it. That means we’re one step closer to never hearing about this storyline again. Fingers crossed.
Ashley and Wendy arranged the meetup. Keiarna showed up too, but Stacey didn’t want her there, so she had to sit at the bar while the real, Real Housewives handled business.
When discussing whether Stacey dated Chris, Monique made herself clear: she doesn’t care if they dated. He’s a divorced man. Monique just wanted to be sure that they weren’t currently dating.
Stacey reiterated that she hasn’t been talking to Chris. She even showed texts proving Chris has been the one reaching out. Ashley immediately threw on her tinfoil hat and suggested Stacey had manipulated the messages. She’s obsessed, but alas, we carry on.
In the texts, Chris said he heard his name was coming up during filming. Those texts predated Monique and Stacey meeting at World Pride. That confirmed one thing: someone is leaking. But who? Wendy had some theories.
Wendy has a list of suspects on Real Housewives of Potomac
At the end of the episode, Wendy unveiled her suspect list. She gave a full breakdown of who could be feeding Chris information. She really thought this through, and honestly, maybe she should have put this level of effort into those alleged insurance claims.
Suspect A: Keiarna. Is she stirring the pot to turn the group against Stacey? Wendy pointed out that it never made sense for Keiarna to be taking calls from Cookie. She barely knows any of these people, yet here she is, smack in the middle of it.
Suspect B: Angel. Earlier this season, Angel said she and her husband Bobby, knew Chris. She even called him a “mentor.” As Wendy noted, Angel could have repeated the tea to Bobby, who passed it along.
Suspect C: Gizelle. Everyone knows Gizelle loves stirring up drama. Plus, she’s been buddy-buddy with Cookie since Karen went to jail. Could they have teamed up to take down Stacey?
Suspect D: Stacey. Maybe Cookie is telling the truth, and Stacey really did call Chris.
As the ladies narrowed their suspect list, Monique left Stacey with a warning: Be careful with Chris. She said he’s “messy,” and she divorced him for a reason. Monique doesn’t want to see Stacey fall even further down this rabbit hole. Neither do we.
