The girls are back, and that means the drama is back, too. On the season premiere of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, we pick up where we left off with Kyle Richards and PK Kemsley texting (or not texting, as Kyle said). She claims she has completely stopped replying to him, but his estranged wife Dorit Kemsley thinks differently.
Are Kyle Richards and PK Kemsley still texting?
Fans are so ready for the new season. But there are admittedly still things that remain unresolved from last season. One of them is the existing relationship between Kyle and PK (or at least their mobile relationship).
In the premiere, Sutton Stracke asked Kyle if she was still texting PK, and she flat-out said that she was not. She denied any ongoing texting. However, in the RHOBH After Show, Dorit said she wasn’t buying it.
“I actually think she does text him,” Dorit said. “I honestly don’t think that Kyle believes that it is against the girl code at all.”
“After last season, I mean, no way!” Kyle said. “From the minute the whole thing started, I was like, I will not respond to these memes. There will be no laughing emojis. And PK knows that. Mauricio (Umansky) has had conversations with him.”
Last season, it was a big issue that Kyle was still in contact with Dorit’s estranged husband. The ladies were all discussing the messages and asking her to reveal what they texted about. Kyle insisted that it was just “memes and jokes.” She felt bad because she was made to feel like she had done something wrong.
Not to mention, Kyle doesn’t have an issue with Dorit being friends with Mauricio so she doesn’t completely understand what the trouble was with her and PK staying friends. Perhaps it’s more to do with the fact that Kyle and Mauricio still have a decent relationship, while PK and Dorit are in the middle of a divorce.
So Kyle said she was done with messaging PK. Whatever small communication she has with him is through Mauricio when the two of them are together. But nothing else.
