From polo matches to ponies, The Real Housewives of Potomac Season 10 Episode 11, “Lease Is Up, Giddy Up,” took us on a journey. The last time we saw these women, Stacey was kicking Tia out of her sparsely attended Shayo launch event, while also trying to make a truce with Ashley. It’s hard out there for Stacey.
This week, Stacey continued on her road to redemption, and she wasn’t the only one struggling to keep things together. While the group continued their concerted effort to push her out of the group, we learned that Angel’s time in Potomac might literally be up.
What happened on The Real Housewives of Potomac Season 10 Episode 11?

After getting tossed out of the Shayo event, Tia tried to rebound by bringing the cast to a Stacey-free polo match. We also learned the shocking news that Angel and Bobby have been forced to leave their home with little time to spare. Was it an eviction, or just a massive miscommunication with the property owner? The jury’s still out on that one, but keep on reading for the bull breakdown of RHOP Season 10 Episode 11.
A poopy little polo party
She didn’t want to admit it, but Tia’s ego might have been a little bruised after getting tossed out of the Shayo event. In Episode 11, she kicked things off by inviting everyone except Stacey to a polo match. According to Tia, Stacey had to stay off the guest list because she feels caught up in her “web” of “lies.” Mind you, this all started over a declined dinner invite.
Unlike the polo-themed party we just watched on Married to Medicine, Tia’s event actually featured polo—though that may have been a detriment. There was horse poop everywhere and not a single Black person in sight. To make matters worse, Tia challenged her new friend group to perform a questionable rendition of Lift Every Voice and Sing. That might’ve set us back a few years.
Meanwhile, Ashley was definitely not trying to lift every voice. She spent the polo match immediately breaking the truce she made with Stacey in Episode 10. She told Jassi, Stacey’s last remaining ally, that her friend never planned to attend her wedding until she found out other Housewives were going. Jassi didn’t seem fully convinced, but you know, Ashley won’t rest until Stacey is completely friendless.
Angel’s having a housing crisis

Eighteen hours after the polo match, the cameras picked back up at Angel’s house, where we learned that her Potomac house isn’t a home. It’s an Airbnb, and she didn’t book it long enough to cover the full filming schedule. Somehow, she forgot all about the timeline until the Airbnb host texted her like, “Thanks so much for staying! Check out time is Monday at 12 pm.”
At some point, you almost start to feel bad for Angel. Gizelle already clocked her for catfishy Instagram photos. Now, her Airbnb host is exposing the fact that she doesn’t actually live in Potomac.
Angel tried to explain that they booked the rental while looking for permanent housing in Potomac. The problem? They’ve made zero progress finding a house in the area, and all of their belongings are still at their real home in Colorado. Talk about a rug pull.
In what feels like a last-resort move from production, Angel is now set to host a cast trip to Colorado. It seems like the only way she could finish the season, but judging by the trailer, the trip is about to go just as smoothly as the rest of her season. Bless her heart.
Beef with a side of buratta

While Angel scrambled to vacate her Airbnb, her bestie Keiarna sat down for a luncheon with Stacey. After their nasty blowup at the Reasonably Shady party, Stacey said she didn’t feel comfortable around Keiarna. It had to be addressed for the group to move forward.
The conversation started rocky. Keiarna told Stacey about a “cheese allergy,” and the QVC queen followed up by ordering a plate of buratta, no olives. Awkward.
After that faux pas, they got into the real beef and basically did an episode-by-episode breakdown of where things went wrong. Their drama has seemed one-sided from our perspective, but Keiarna finally found the words to explain her issue with Stacey. Keiarna said that Stacey kept making digs referencing the Season 8 brawl that left her scarred.
“You weaponize my altercation, when I was assaulted, against me on the regular,” Keiarna argued.
That opened up the door to progress. It’s amazing what can happen when a Housewife stops chasing a viral moment and starts being honest about what’s bothering her.
Stacey agreed to let up a little bit. Meanwhile, Keiarna agreed to give Stacey the benefit of the doubt and stop buying into the conspiracy theories being spread about her. Progress! Now, let’s see if this truce lasts longer than the one with Ashley.
Wendy’s renovation is off budget

Surely, we’re not the only ones thinking it. In the last few episodes, there’s always at least one scene referring to Wendy’s spending habits, and we just know there’s a prosecutor somewhere in the DMV taking down notes.
As we all know, Wendy and Eddie have been accused of staging a burglary at their home and allegedly lying to insurance companies about what was lost. Meanwhile, in Season 10, they’re in the middle of a six-figure renovation on that same house.
In Episode 11, Wendy and Eddie discussed the progress of the renovation, with Wendy admitting they’re basically “collecting invoices” at this point. Not exactly reassuring. She also noted that one invoice was upwards of $100,000. Also not reassuring.
Later, Wendy had the audacity to gossip about Angel’s housing situation, claiming a realtor friend told her Angel wanted a house that looked like $50,000 a month but actually cost closer to $2,000. Girl. At least she knows her budget!
Potomac, Ponies, and Potato Salad

This episode started with horses and ended with ponies because Gizelle and Wendy teamed up for a family-friendly Fourth of July event called Potomac and Ponies. This was all taking place right around the time that Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter tour hit DC, so they basically just wanted another excuse to dress up like glamorous cowgirls.
The event was a potluck, complete with kids, spouses, and of course, cowgirl hats. Stacey gagged the group when she showed up with Thiemo and a big bowl of potato salad. Honestly, the ladies seemed more impressed by the potato salad, but at least they now know for a fact that Thiemo exists! He’s real.
Of course, the party couldn’t end without some shade. Who cares if there’s kids here? Everyone was eager to get the scoop on Angel’s housing situation, but she and Bobby arrived hours late. Bobby even caught an attitude over the phone when the ladies called looking for an ETA.
Once the Massies finally arrived, Ashley wasted no time grilling Angel about the Airbnb situation. If you booked the place, how did you not know when your stay was ending?
Angel didn’t have an answer. She claimed she didn’t know how the Airbnb mixup happened. That set up Wendy for one final dig as the credits rolled.
“They were saying you were evicted, girl,” Wendy quipped. “I’m not going to dance around it. The people are saying you were evicted.”
The Real Housewives of Potomac airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo. It streams the next day on Peacock.
