New Year. New situation? If eyewitness accounts are accurate, Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky have rekindled their romance in some capacity. Perhaps a long separation has its benefits after all.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and her estranged husband officially announced their separation in the summer of 2023. However, neither party has filed for divorce. The reality TV stars even opted to live together for nine months after their split. In May 2024, Mauricio moved into a West Hollywood condo.
An eyewitness said Kyle and Mauricio seemed “very obviously together”
But what was witnessed at the New Year’s Eve party indicated that Kyle and Mauricio are “very obviously together.” The party, which took place in Aspen, Colorado, comes on the heels of several indications that the former lovers were getting cozy over the holidays.
“They were really enjoying one another’s company. They had their arms around one another and were very touchy and warm with one another all night,” a source exclusively told Page Six.
The eyewitness added, “They were very obviously together and wanting to spend the party by one another’s side. If you didn’t know they had split up, you would presume they were still happily married.”
Kyle and Mauricio gathered their brood at their holiday home in Aspen on December 24, 2025. They share three daughters, Alexia, Sophia, and Portia. While Farrah Aldjufrie was Kyle’s child from her first marriage. According to a TikTok video shared by Sophia, her parents were already getting cozy prior to NYE.
“My parents watching their little movie and eating their little popcorn on the floor like little kids,” she captioned the video.
RHOBH fans are hopeful for a reconciliation. After all, Kyle and Maurico’s children practically grew up on screen. Certainly what is apparent in the current season is that Kyle is reluctant to take a decisive steps towards divorce. She did, however, admit to being in a relationship since separating from her real estate broker ex.
As for Mauricio, he’s been photographed with other women on several occasions. One recent incident being over Thanksgiving, when he was flirting with FBoy Island aum Celisa “CJ” Franco. He denied any romantic implications.
