Following a lot of heated back-and-forth conversations, where both parties felt completely frustrated with the other, Dorit Kemsley and Kyle Richards’ friendship finally fell all the way apart during Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 15. So, where do things stand today? Well, here’s what Dorit recently had to say about that.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-stars were at odds during Season 15
Dorit lost more than one friend in Season 15. But her hard break from Kyle was one we all saw coming. Both of these women are going through splits from their exes. Yet, instead of bonding over their shared feelings, they are fighting over things like Dorit’s spending habits and apparent lack of a watch, alongside shady comments being made behind each other’s backs.
Recently, Dorit talked about her fractured friendship with Kyle on Sirius XM’s “Let’s Talk Off Camera With Kelly Ripa” podcast. Entertainment Now obtained a snippet of their chat ahead of its release later today. And in this snippet, Dorit confessed her hopes that, one day, there might be a path forward for her and Kyle.
“Listen, I’m very hopeful,” Dorit said to Kelly Ripa. If Dorit had her way, she and Kyle could “get to a place that we really can put our differences aside or hash it out, whichever.” Dorit actually thought that would be their goal last season on RHOBH. But, as fans know, Season 15 failed to reunite these ladies.
Dorit actually left the reunion with “such a heavy heart.” But now that the reunion dust has settled, Dorit misses Kyle. She can’t help but think of “the memories, the moments we’ve had, we’ve shared, the laughs, the love, and there’s so much love,” she admitted. And all of these feelings now have Dorit asking, “Why are we fighting?”
Dorit is ready to move forward. She explained, “I think that if both people want to, there’s always room for making up and making things better.” But the big question is, does Kyle feel the same? Only time will tell.
