Joe Rogan is taking some heat following the death of a Minnesota woman. The comedian and former reality show host expressed his disgust after Renee Nicole Good was killed by an ICE agent in Minneapolis. The mother of three was said to be a domestic terrorist.
On his podcast, Joe expressed his displeasure with the incident, comparing the treatment to that of the Gestapo. Many online are calling for the podcaster to take some accountability over this tragedy. “This is happening because of you,” alleged one user on X. Joe has publicly supported Donald Trump in the past on numerous issues.

Audiences don’t seem to be buying what Joe is preaching about the Ice shooting. On his podcast, Joe expressed concern about the streets being militarized with agents allegedly snatching up people who simply don’t have papers on them. He called Nicole’s shooting death “horrible” and “ugly.”
Given Joe’s past praise for the President, some believe the former Fear Factor host should accept of the blame for this. One X user said to Joe, “why don’t you take some responsibility and apologize for your role in it.”
This user isn’t the only one to call out the comedian, though. The View co-host Sunny Hostin expressed her displeasure with Joe on the show. Sunny noted that Joe endorsed Donald for President in 2024 while also supporting his immigration enforcement plans. For her, Joe’s millions of followers make him extremely influential. As such, Sunny believes he should also accept some responsibility for Donald’s actions.
While he publicly supported him, Joe has seemingly opposed many of the President’s actions of late. Following the death of Rob Reiner last month, Joe said Donald had “no justification” for ranting about him online. The President thrashed the late actor/director following his murder, calling him deranged, among other things.
