It’s reunion time, and the ladies of Potomac showed up ready to read. When we last left off, Andy sat down with Karen to discuss her DUI, addiction, and her six-month stint in jail. We haven’t heard the end of that, but in The Real Housewives of Potomac Season 10 Episode 18, “Reunion Part 1,” there was another jailbird in the cast with a few things to address.

The last episode of RHOP was all about Karen’s crimes, but this week, the focus fully shifted to Wendy. At the Season 10 reunion, she addressed the shocking felony charges she’s facing, and we got a closer look at the details of her arrest. Plus, the library was fully open as the rest of the ladies read each other relentlessly. Keep on reading for all of the details about Part 1 of this savagely shady reunion.

Season 10 has had a huge elephant in the room, and its name is Wendy. Just days after the season premiered, she and her husband were arrested on multiple felony fraud charges. It felt impossible watching this season without thinking about those felonies—especially as she boasted about her six-figure home renovation.

This week’s episode kicked off with a deep dive into the case. The cameras picked up at Wendy’s house just one week after her arrest. We finally got to hear her speak about what happened. Unfortunately, like most scenes involving Wendy Eddie, what came next felt painfully performative.

The cameras rolled as Wendy moped around her house, talking in a barely-there voice, whining to Eddie that their home “doesn’t feel the same” after the arrest. That’s the energy we expected to see from them after their home allegedly got burglarized.

Either way, Wendy said that the legal crisis felt like a “bad dream,” and she asked Eddie if it would “impact” their marriage. It will, but Eddie tried to encourage her that after decades of love, a few felony charges wouldn’t stop anything. Wendy, on the other hand, said that they could have an uphill battle.

“I just know after this incident, I’m not the same person, and I hope that will be okay with you, because I’m not the same,” Wendy admitted. “I don’t think I’ll ever be the same.”

Three months after the arrest, Wendy put on her red gown, high heels, ruby earrings, and a sickening feather shawl and strutted onto the stage for the Season 10 RHOP reunion. It’s a brave thing to do, considering the severity of her charges, but hey, the lady’s got to work.

Naturally, Andy wasted zero time diving into Wendy’s arrest. Everyone at home had questions, and quite frankly, so did her costars. Somehow, Wendy had answers to almost everything.

The arrest? It happened when she was napping. The grinning mugshot? Wendy said she was making that face because the officer was joking around with her, trying to cheer her up. The dishelved hair? That was her “professor wig”!

The most heartbreaking part of Wendy’s account came when she talked about her kids. Wendy spent a full night in jail, and that’s a hard absence to explain to kids. Wendy said that her youngest, Kamryn, still doesn’t know what’s happening with her parents. Her oldest kiddo, Karter, found out what was happening by looking it up online. He’s reading Reality Tea like the rest of us.

All joking aside, Wendy said that Karter broke down in tears over the charges. She promised to keep him in the loop moving forward, so every time she and Eddie go to court, Karter knows about it.

Stacey vs. the World on the Real Housewives of Potomac reunion

Once Wendy was done talking about her arrest, Andy shifted the focus to Stacey. From Ashley’s Second Bloom Ball to the gas station parking lot in Colorado, her name was on everyone’s lips this season, so everyone had a bone to pick with her at the reunion.

At one point, Tia tried to accuse Stacey of switching her affectation on and off for the cameras. Stacey hit back and accused her of faking her British accent. Gizelle and Ashley tried to bring up the TJ contract. Stacey reminded them that they, too, have been humiliated by men on this show. She wanted grace from them that never came.

Ultimately, Stacey knows that the fans are largely on her side. She knows Andy is tickled by her mess, so that flute isn’t going anywhere. It doesn’t really matter if she told five different stories about knowing Monique’s ex-husband or if she told a lie to get out of having dinner with Tia.

The only thing that Stacey has to worry about is letting her popularity get to her head. Andy gave her a not-so-subtle warning about that piece.

He said, “Sometimes when a housewife is gassed up by the fans, it goes to their head, and it affects how they behave the next season. Are you worried that that could happen to you?

Stacey replied with a huge grin, “Never.”

Angel tried her best

Part 1 of the RHOP Season 10 reunion also touched on Angel’s tumultuous freshman season. Of course, she covered a lot of ground in her run on reality TV. Things kicked off with Gizelle calling her a catfish. Then, she got “evicted” from her rental property in Potomac and rounded the season out with the worst cast trip of all time. Bravely, she showed up at the reunion ready to address it all.

According to Angel, the other Housewives hazed her, and she felt like she didn’t get a fair shot. She said the women would coalesce between making her feel welcomed and dragging her. One minute, they’re good. The next minute, Ashley is showing up at the Potomac and Ponies party with a tray of catfish. The shade never stopped, and Angel couldn’t get ahead of it.

Unfortunately for Angel, she still couldn’t get ahead of it at the reunion, either. In one awkward moment, you could hardly hear her because Keiarna was fully talking over her.

Then, she walked right into even more mess when she was forced to confront the “Forest Whittaker” comment she made about Wendy. The professor hit her back with a read that might go down in the Housewives Hall of Fame.

Wendy said, “If I called you James Earl Jones, would that be wrong?”

Does Ashley have a “vendetta” against Wendy?

The last part of Part 1 touched on some ongoing feedback that Ashley has received from the fans. People have been vocal that Ashley’s pot-stirring ways have escalated past the fine line from messy to mean.

One particular dig they addressed was that off-camera moment where Ashley made fun of Wendy’s arrest. It happened during one of her live “performances,” and she remarked how “Zen Wen is in the pen.” We’ve all seen the clip on social media.

Ashley already tried to apologize at BravoCon, and at the reunion, she claimed that she didn’t know the “severity” of Wendy’s situation at the time of the comment. Wendy, however, wasn’t interested in hearing it. She claimed that she heard that Ashley always had a “hidden vendetta” against her.

According to Ashley, it wasn’t necessarily a “vendetta.” Instead, she said that she had some pent-up thoughts about how Wendy came onto the show in Season 5, boasting her degrees and using them to put down the other women.

“I don’t vilify my accomplishments,” Ashley said, to which Wendy retorted, “Because you don’t have none.”

Ashley shut down Paet 1 when she replied, “Bullsh*t, bitch. I have one social security number!”

The Real Housewives of Potomac reunion continues next Sunday at 8/7c on Bravo. It streams on Peacock.
