The Real Housewives of Orange County is looking at a huge milestone with Season 20. The show that started it all is ready to go and already filming. Fans spotted Heather Dubrow filming with a mystery woman. The woman has long dark hair with highlighted ends. Who is it? Someone we know or someone new?
Could Real Housewives of Orange County Season 20 add a new cast member?
We all know that RHOC is down one Housewife with the firing of Katie Ginella, which she announced on social media. Friend of the cast, Gretchen Rossi, is also leaving. The former RHOC Housewife came, left, returned, and exited just like that. But that does leave some openings in the roster. However, they kept casting close to the vest.
There was initially some concern from RHOC cast members about who would be invited back. Vicki Gunvalson received her orange at BravoCon, but the others remained in limbo until the eleventh hour. Eventually, Heather, Tamra Judge, Shannon Beador, Gina Kirschenheiter, Jennifer Pedranti, and Emily Simpson were all confirmed as the returning cast.
Filming is currently underway, and it looks like fans have caught Heather doing just that. She’s standing with an unknown woman in a black top, black jacket, and blue jeans. The two are talking as a cameraperson filmed them. They were later approached by what appears to be either a producer or a lighting director for some notes.
So who is the mystery companion? And is she a newbie for the season? It’s possible. There were previous rumors about Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Jaqueline Laurita might be joining the cast, but several sources claimed she wouldn’t be joining despite being in talks with production.
The next rumor was that production decided to go with a newbie for the season. There’s no information on whether this newbie would be an orange holder or a friend of the cast. Perhaps that’s who is with Heather in the clips and photos. On social media, fans predict she is likely a friend because they didn’t think they’d add another orange holder.
