Some close friends of the mother of two, however, are worried that she could lose that money sooner than we think. “The fear is that she’ll quickly squander it,” shared one insider.

A source said Britney has “zero” impulse control with cash
Self-control is apparently not a strong suit of Britney’s, particularly when it comes to her spending. A source tells RadarOnline that “She’s been spending obscene amounts since she closed this deal.” That includes spitting out cash for luxury vacations, cars, jewellery and designer clothes, and even reportedly inquiring about a yacht. When it comes to money, an insider says that Britney has “zero” impulse control.
According to sources, though, it isn’t just Britney’s spending habits that could literally prove costly. Many people reportedly cling to her and live like superstars thanks to her generosity. Since selling her music, it’s believed that she is buying many of those people extravagant gifts.
When she was released from her father, Jamie’s, conservatorship in 2021, Britney reportedly had no concept of money or how to use it wisely. Following her DUI arrest this month, a former advocate of hers from the Free Britney movement suggested she be placed under another conservatorship.
Her big spending habits aren’t just impulse purchases, according to sources. They appear to be a pick-me-up when she’s feeling down. This can include online shopping in the middle of the night to help cheer her up. Britney hasn’t released an album since Glory in 2016 and hasn’t gone on the road since the Piece of Me Tour, which began two years later.
