Bravo is hitting back at Brit Eady’s $20 million lawsuit over alleged sexual harassment. The network isn’t just taking the lawsuit. They are pointing out that the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star knew exactly what she was getting into when she signed on to do the show.
Brit Eady starred in one season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta

Fans recall that Brit was the newbie in Season 16 of RHOA, and it did not go well. After a shocking first season, which included a terrible feud with co-star Kenya Moore, Brit decided to leave the show and sue the network for $20 million.
She claimed she endured sexual harassment and emotional distress while filming. She also accused Bravo of fostering a hostile work environment.
The lawsuit was in reference to when Kenya showed some explicit photos of Brit (though she claimed it wasn’t her) at an event while filming.
TMZ reported that the network has fired back against the lawsuit. They called Brit’s complaint her attempt to “rewrite history and her own contractual agreements” because she does not like the consequences of joining the reality show. The network shared that she knew she was joining a reality TV program known to feature authentic and unscripted drama. This type of show has always highlighted conflict, drama, and confrontation.
Bravo added that Brit was not misled or victimized by them. They also noted that the contract Brit signed for RHOA properly warned her of potential “provocative conduct or speech” from other cast members and that “production could involve stressful or emotionally challenging circumstances.”
Additionally, Bravo pointed out that Brit joined RHOA for Season 16 and can’t claim she had no idea what the show was like. Kenya was suspended for her behavior and has not been asked back since. Brit, on the other hand, was asked back and declined.
The network is asking the judge to dismiss the case entirely. The case is currently ongoing.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta returns to Bravo on Sunday, April 5 at 8/7c. You can stream it the next day on Peacock.
