Earlier today, news broke that Summer House co-stars Amanda Batula and West Wilson are in a relationship. This is not only shocking, but also awkward, since both of their exes are also co-stars.
This morning, after the new couple’s joint confession, a source connected to them confirmed that Amanda and West are indeed a couple. “It’s not just a hookup,” the insider confirmed, adding that the duo’s exes are “pissed” and “disappointed.”
Following the announcement of their romantic “connection,” not only are fans reacting, but the couple’s friends also have feelings. One of those close friends is Summer House alum and former bedbug Paige DeSorbo.
The former Summer House star spoke of being “shocked on the internet”
Viewers are well aware that West had a months-long relationship with housemate Ciara Miller, who was still healing as of last summer. Understandably, Ciara immediately unfollowed both of her former friends on social media.
As for Amanda, her estranged husband Kyle Cooke is also a co-star on their new show In The City. Reportedly, the spinoff is still in production with no premiere date yet announced. That’s gotta be awkward.
According to PageSix, Paige has now “entered the West and Amanda chat.” Apparently, Paige left a few comments on her besty/pocast partner Hannah Berner’s Instagram page.
“Being shocked on the Internet is the theme today,” Paige wrote. “I guess we know where Hannah stands,” she added.
Though they were once close, Hannah and Amanda are no longer on speaking terms. Hannah left Summer House after Season 5, following a serious feud with Kyle and Amanda. As of February 2026, they had still not reconciled their friendship.
