President Donald Trump went on another attack on Joe Biden following the brutal killing of a Florida mother outside a Fort Myers gas station. The incident, caught on surveillance footage, has started a debate over border security and immigration enforcement policies implemented during the previous administration.

Donald Trump blasts Joe Biden in new Truth Social post

Donald Trump took to his Truth Social platform to directly connect the violent crime with what he described as failed border policies under the Joe Biden administration. The president’s remarks focused on the immigration history of the suspect, 40-year-old Rolbert Joachim. The suspect faces second-degree murder charges in connection with last Friday’s attack.

“An Illegal Alien Criminal from Haiti, who was released into our Country by the WORST President in History, Crooked Joe Biden, and the Radical Democrats in Congress, just beat an innocent woman to death with a hammer at a gas station in Florida,” Trump wrote. “The video of her brutal slaying is one of the most vicious things you will ever see.”

The victim, a store clerk at the Fort Myers gas station and mother of two teenage daughters, was repeatedly struck in the head with a hammer after confronting Joachim for allegedly smashing her car window (via Gulf Coast News).

Department of Homeland Security records indicate Joachim first entered the United States in August 2022 and became a part of the country while Biden held office. Though a federal judge later issued a final order of removal against Joachim, he reportedly obtained Temporary Protected Status. A designation Trump characterized as “a massively abused and fraudulent program.”

Trump also pointed to judicial obstacles his administration faces in altering immigration policy. “This one killing should be enough for these Radical Judges to STOP impeding my Administration’s Immigration Policies, and allow us to END THIS SCAM ONCE AND FOR ALL,” he stated.

The president expanded his criticism beyond the specific Fort Myers case. He argued that Democratic policies transformed the nation into what he termed a “dumping ground” for unvetted individuals.
