A lot has changed for Bronwyn Newport since Season 6 of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City wrapped. Not only has she split from her husband of nearly a decade, tech executive Todd Bradley, but Bronwyn has got a new boyfriend … and, allegedly, is also now in a new feud with another cast mate.
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 7 is currently filming
According to an insider who spoke to Reality Blurb, Bronwyn is currently beefing with Britani Bateman, who is a “friend of” on RHOSLC. “Britani was encouraged to start up with full-time cast member Bronwyn,” the source claimed.
“Production wanted Britani to go after Bronwyn,” the insider continued. “And she did.”
As for what the drama is about? Well, the source didn’t elaborate on that. But, the insider did reveal that the feud began “weeks ago” and – most importantly – will play out in Season 7, which is currently filming.
Perhaps the bad blood between the pair should come as no surprise, however. Bronwyn and Britani haven’t exactly been besties up until this point. They repeatedly clashed during Season 6, with Bronwyn ultimately throwing Britani’s beloved stuffed toy – featuring boyfriend Jared Osmond’s voice recording – overboard on the Below Deck crossover episode.
Previously speaking about her strained friendship with Britani, Bronwyn said: “Britani and I have struggled.”
“We don’t see eye to eye on anything,” she told Kate Chastain on Bravo Bravo F’ing Bravo. “Even as newbies, we were not like, ‘Well, it should be you and I against the rest of the group.’ No, no, I let her fend for herself; she let me fend for myself.”
