Jesse Solomon has been likened to Tom Schwartz in the Scamanda caper. As West Wilson’s bestie, he might have been the one to know about his friend’s romance with Amanda Batula before Summer House fans started noticing their behavior.
But Jesse is giving little in the way of juicy gossip. The aspiring singer is backing West up on timelines. The sports reporter recently gave a very eloquent public statement in which he said there was “no overlap” in the relationship with Amanda. Now, Jesse is recalling some suspicious behavior from the first quarter of 2026.
The Summer House star recalled a secret “brunch”
Jesse was in the Watch What Happens Live clubhouse to answer as to “what made” him suspicious that Amanda and West were hooking up.
“There was a lot of flirting. The boys went to brunch one day. And West went to brunch with Amanda after and didn’t tell us he was going to brunch with her. And Kyle and I ran into them at a bar,” he recalled.
Host Andy Cohen wanted to get the timelines straight. “This was when?” he asked. The Summer House star does not think the duo were hooking up this past summer. Rather he thinks it started in late February or early March.
Jesse confirmed, “March? You know I’m not good with dates.”
“Y’all better your timelines ready. Because I was at a Vanderpump Rules reunion when nobody had their timelines ready,” Andy joked.
Jesse later said he found out the truth when the joint statements were posted.
Summer House fans are looking to the Season 10 reunion to get answers. Also, they just want to see West and Amanda take some responsibility. And Ciara Miller should get a chance to confront her former lover and bestie.
“West and Amanda went to dinner without me in Miami when we were all there a the same time,” Jesse recalled. “And originally I was offended. But it made sense later.”
He confirmed that that “was late February.”
