Khloé Kardashian is at her wits’ end with her ex-husband. The reality star married Lamar Odom in 2009, and the couple officially divorced in December 2016. Tensions have been high between the two since the release of the former NBA star’s documentary Untold: The Life and Death of Lamar Odom.
The two-time NBA champion appeared on the Today Show this month, saying he didn’t believe Khloé saved his life when he overdosed in 2015. Khloé publicly called him out on a podcast appearance with her friend Malika Haqq.
Has Khloé finally reached her limit with Lamar?
The line of communication between Khloé and Lamar may be permanently closed. Speaking with her mother, Kris Jenner, on her Khloé in Wonderland podcast Wednesday, Lamar’s ex said, “Haven’t heard from him,” as in Lamar. She accused the former McDonald’s All-American of “playing me from the beginning of the doc.”
Earlier this month, Khloé blasted Lamar for, in her eyes, discrediting her in the documentary. She said that she “feels so dumb” for taking part in it. Lamar says that he recovered from his overdose and addiction issues thanks to God. Kris was surprised to learn that Lamar hadn’t reached out to her daughter, even with all the bad blood between them, since the documentary. “You would think he would reach out and say, ‘Hey, I’m really sorry,’” wondered Kris.
Lamar reportedly bragged about how popular he became on social media during his days with Khloé. The mother of two alleges that Lamar is doing bad press about her. She also believes he is giving bad interviews about her in the documentary. She urged her mom, “We’re not talking to him anymore.” Khloé says the bridge between her and Lamar has been burned.
Khloé and Lamar got married mere weeks after meeting at a party for one of the latter’s teammates, Metta World Peace, aka Ron Artest.
