Welcome back, Below Deck Down Under fans. Last week, Jenna ended things with Eddy. Elsewhere, Daisy supported Ben, but Ben saw her help as something else entirely. They ended things on a sour note, as did Mike and Jenna, since Mike really enjoys riling up his colleagues. But this week, Mike takes things too far, as seen on BDDU Season 4 Episode 14.

What happened in Below Deck Down Under Season 4 Episode 14?

Eddy and Mike hate Ben and Jenna’s new romance. But when Mike crosses a line with Daisy, she puts her foot down, hard. Then, following a very expected firing, gossip grows, and a room swap happens, leaving BDDU off on yet another rocky note.

João and Daisy head off to join the other yachties at the bar, minus a tired Betual and a still-angry Ben. But after Ben gets a few texts, he changes his mind and joins as well. Once Daisy arrives, Jenna pulls her aside, telling her that Mike “keeps on instigating.”

Across the bar, Ellie asks Ben if Daisy and João went after him. When he says yes, Ellie says, “I knew it. I could sense it coming.” And also, João is “a snake.”

Even still, Ben approaches João, and they mostly hash things out. But Mike remains frustrating. He asks Ben to write “HOD” on his forehead. Jenna hates this, and Eddy steps in to defend her.

But Mike couldn’t care less. “Mike, the new Head of Department,” he yells. Jenna takes comfort in Ben’s arms, which Eddy sees. Right after, Ben and Daisy also make amends, and João finally tells Daisy that he likes her.

Mike plans to continue winding Jenna up, he tells Eddy. Everyone heads back to the yacht, minus a cuddling Ben and Jenna. Back on board, Mike stirs the pot, letting Eddy know that Jenna and Ben definitely have something going on. Eddy’s pissed.

Later, Mike purposely “cock blocks” Ben. But Daisy and João are in the clear, and they head to his cabin for a night of snoring (Daisy) and cuddling.

Alesia tells Mike that his HOD bit went too far. So, Mike tells Alesia that she should have been second stew, not Jenna. “Don’t wind me up,” Alesia says.

Across the hall, Daisy realizes that she needs to face her fears. She tells Ellie that she “stayed in João’s room last night,” but “nothing happened.” Ellie calls João “a trashcan” in her confessional.

“Jenna, Alesia said she would be a better second stew,” Mike dumbly tells Jenna. “F*ck off. I never said that,” Alesia argues. Jenna asks Mike to stop, but he whispers, “HOD,” making her even madder. So, Jenna tells Daisy, “I can’t work with Mike anymore.”

Daisy finds Mike, asking, “Mike, what the f*ck? What did I say about winding people up?” Lying, Mike answers, “I haven’t said anything.” But Daisy knows better, so she tells Mike, “Okay, you’re working until 9 pm tonight.”

“We’ll see about that,” his dumbass answers. Fully activated, Daisy walks back in, asking, “Excuse me? What did you just say to me?”

“I said I’m not working till 9 pm tonight,” his audacity replies. “Okay. You can get off the boat. Get off the boat,” Daisy demands.

Mike walks off the yacht while Daisy speaks with Captain Jason. Naturally, he sides with Daisy. He radios for João, asking him to “go get Mike.”

Captain Jason fires Mike

Mike enters the bridge, where Captain Jason says, “I’ve heard the full story from Daisy, and what it’s come down to is disrespect to your team leader.” Mike says, “Okay.” Captain Jason continues, “Look, you’ve been given the warnings. There’s a toxicity onboard, and you’re at the source.”

“Daisy and João have done everything possible to help you flourish here. You think it’s a bit of a joke. I won’t tolerate it. I need you to leave the boat today. I’m sending you home,” Captain Jason explains.

Mike apologizes to Daisy. He also apologizes to Alesia. But “Personally, I don’t think I did anything wrong,” he notes. And then, off he goes.

Hysterically, Betual missed everything. She “was just working,” per her wonderful, beautiful norm.

A new group is boarding tomorrow. They’re mostly all physicians, and they seem chill. Ben is not chill, though. From their seats in the crew mess, he and Ellie have just spotted Jenna in the hot tub with João, and the camera angle makes them look inaccurately close.

Annoyed, Ellie wrongly tells Alesia that Jenna and João “were all over each other” in the hot tub. Also, “Don’t trust [Jenna,]” Ellie adds, because “She keeps coming to our cabin and talking sh*t about you to Daisy.”

“That’s f*cking disappointing,” Alesia admits. The next morning, Daisy asks Alesia what’s wrong. Alesia hints about what Ellie told her, without naming names. But Daisy already knows.

“I don’t wanna share a cabin with her,” Daisy tells Jenna. Instead, Daisy will room with João, Ellie will move in with the new stew, and Eddy will bunk with Ben. Ellie wrongly suspects that Daisy is doing this to get a rise out of her, but as Ben clocks, Ellie is becoming “obsessed” with this whole João thing.

The new guests arrive, bringing zero drama. But later that night, when Daisy helps Ben plate, Ellie grabs some shrimp out of her hand, and all hell breaks loose. In the starwell, Daisy tells Alesia, “She keeps this sh*t up, I’m telling you, she will be f*cking fired next.”

Below Deck Down Under is streaming on Peacock. BDDU airs on Mondays at 8/7c on Bravo.
