Summer House stars West Wilson and Amanda Batula’s romance is picking up steam. The duo’s secret romance, dubbed Scamanda, shocked their co-stars. Both Amanda and West shared statements confirming their romance via social media. And Summer House fans were stunned by the coupling that no one saw coming.

Of course, this romance is extra messy because West dated Amanda’s bestie, Ciara Miller. Plus, Amanda had just separated from her husband, Kyle Cooke, who was also friends with West. While Summer House fans were scouring episodes looking for clues to the couple’s dating timeline, West tried to clear up those rumors.
“There was no overlap,” West previously explained. “Everyone was single.” He added that he and Amanda discovered that their romance was “maybe a little bit serious in February.”
In the Summer House reunion trailer, Ciara slammed Amanda for betraying her. “Over the past six years, I have been your f*cking champion. I couldn’t fathom that I would be sitting here pissed that you’re f*cking my ex,” Ciara told Amanda. “And I hope it works because he’s with you to spite me.”
Well, it sounds like Amanda and West’s relationship is moving forward. “West and Amanda are still dating,” an insider told US Weekly. The source added that “the cast doesn’t think they’re going to last.” However, the duo did take another huge step forward. “West took Amanda to meet his parents already in May. So they are getting serious,” the source stated.
Meanwhile, Kyle recently revealed that he reached out to West. He told his former friend, “We will hash it out at some point. I’m not ready right now.” As for whether he thinks his ex and West will go the distance? “He hasn’t had a relationship last in his entire adult life,” Kyle remarked.
