Newbie Summer House star Dara Levitan had some harsh words for her ex and co-star, West Wilson. During the second part of the Season 10 reunion, Dara clocked how West treated women. And it wasn’t any good. Most of the cast wanted Amanda Batula to hear this message loud and clear so she knew what she was getting into. But did any of what Dara said resonate with West himself?
The Summer House star thinks about Dara Levitan’s comments “every f*cking day”
So far West has kept pretty quiet during the Season 10 reunion of Summer House. The questions have been saved for Amanda, who is West’s other half in the Scamanda equation. However, during the second part of the reunion, West got called out when Dara read him like a book.
Dara stated, “The biggest pattern in his life is that it is the West show … The biggest concern of his consistently is being well liked and well received. And he doesn’t prioritize treating the women he is linked to romantically with the same respect as he does anybody else in his life.”
She added, “I just foresee him for a very long time wanting someone who will mold and fold and fit into his life without excuse or complaint.” Yikes!
While West kept mum, Dara’s words did make an impact. During the June 5 episode of his podcast, Show Me Something, West spilled the tea on his feelings during that moment.
He shared, “Obviously, it hurts a little more to have a friend, like, really f*cking cook you like that in that moment. I’ve thought about it probably every f*cking day since then.”
West also said Dara rightfully called him out for his “bad communication style.” He said, “She’s valid for calling me out in that capacity, because, yeah, I’ve dated casually and hurt people.”
West concluded, “To have them just give me the full scope of what that reads like to someone who’s been a part of it in all facets, that’s a lot to take in.”
