The “Boob God” of Miami is facing some serious accusations in a new lawsuit. Lenny Hochstein, the ex-husband of Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein, is at the center of a disturbing new court case where a Jane Doe accuser claimed she was drugged and sexually assaulted at his Star Island mansion. Here’s what we know so far.
Lisa Hochstein’s ex-husband is the subject of a new lawsuit
According to court documents reviewed by TMZ, a woman visiting Miami from London back in May 2025 claimed she was approached by a man at a club. She said he invited her back to a private afterparty on Star Island. When she got there, there was no party.
Her lawsuit goes on to claim that Lenny repeatedly hit on her at his Star Island mansion and allegedly offered a pill, telling her that it was a sleeping aid. She says she trusted him because he’s a doctor but blacked out shortly after taking the pill.
In the lawsuit, the Jane Doe accuser said that she didn’t wake up until the next morning, at which point Lenny revealed to her that they had sex. However, she said that she had previously rejected his advances.
The woman also claimed she later asked Lenny about the pill he gave her. He supposedly told her it was melatonin. Meanwhile, she did some research of her own and determined that he gave her Ambien. Allegedly.
In the lawsuit, she’s suing him for sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. As of now, Lenny hasn’t publicly responded to the claims.
This lawsuit against Lenny comes just weeks after he was involved in a separate legal battle with his ex-wife, Lisa, and her ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden. He accused them of spying on him, and the pair were arrested over the allegations. They have since entered a pretrial diversion program. However, Lenny’s lawyers clearly still have plenty some work cut out for them.
