Joe Rogan defends his appearance at White House UFC event
Joe Rogan took aim at the trolls and addressed the backlash after appearing at the White House UFC event on June 17. On his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, Rogan gushed over the experience while speaking with author Chase Hughes.
While recalling the night of the event, Rogan remarked, “One of the coolest things I’ve ever seen in my life. It was f***ing amazing. It’s never happened before; it’s probably never going to happen again. That’s something you have to see and experience.”
Then, Rogan blasted trolls and defended his appearance at the White House UFC event. The podcaster stated bluntly, “And so many people are trying to make it a partisan thing. Like they’re mad at people for being there. Like, ‘oh, you support Trump,’ like it’s a f***ing fight at the White House! It doesn’t mean you endorse foreign policy. Like, shut the f*** up! Just please stop.”
Fans had interesting reactions to this on X. One fan commented, “He also bi**hed and moaned and spoke critically of it. Very hypocritical of him.” A second fan wrote, “Rogan no one cares what those people think anymore except you.” A third fan suggested, “Yes, Joe Rogan, please stop whining. That would be a nice change of pace.” Finally, a fan penned, “Hey Joe Rogan, why don’t YOU shut the f**k up? Like FOREVER? NOBODY trusts your instincts anymore because you’re a Trump-supporting boot licker.”
Furthermore, Rogan said that watching UFC fighters Justin Gaethje and Ilia Topuria fight was “was amazing” and “one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen in my life.”
