Real Housewives of Miami alum Dr. Nicole Martin is now an officially married woman! She and her long-time fiancé, Anthony Lopez, quietly exchanged vows in a private ceremony. Neither one of them announced it publicly. It looks like the couple has been enjoying their time as husband and wife quietly for the last four months.

Nicole and Anthony met in 2015. He proposed to her in 2021. The couple has two beautiful children, but they didn’t have concrete wedding plans. In 2022, Anthony sold their home, and in 2025, he purchased a multimillion-dollar seaside property in Coral Gables.
In September 2024, Nicole decided to give up her mojito. She wanted to focus on her family and her mental health as she dealt with post-partum depression. Fans missed her on the show, but it seems to have been the best decision for her personally. Fast-forward to today, and it looks like she is living her best life as a mom and a wife.
The former RHOM star previously mentioned she wanted a destination wedding. However, according to the couple’s marriage license obtained by TMZ from Miami-Dade County, Nicole and Anthony were hitched in Coral Gables on March 17, 2026.
Perhaps since they kept the wedding intimate and private, they may do another bigger destination wedding celebration. Nicole has mentioned that she loves the vibe of a destination wedding where she and Anthony can celebrate with family and loved ones for several days.
For now, the newly married couple is quietly enjoying their time as husband and wife. And although Nicole is no longer with RHOM, she’s officially a “real housewife” now, in every sense! Congratulations, Nicole and Anthony!
