Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Give $26 Million to Food Banks, Hospitals, ASPCA, and More Ahead of Wedding

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are making headlines for more than their rumored wedding plans this week. Before what many believe will be one of the year’s biggest celebrity celebrations, the couple quietly directed millions of dollars toward organizations helping families, children, animals, and local communities.

While speculation continues to swirl around a possible July 3 wedding in New York City, the pair shifted some of the spotlight toward philanthropy by announcing a sweeping $26 million charitable initiative benefiting nonprofits across the country.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce donated millions to food banks, children’s hospitals and nonprofit organizations across the United States

According to People, a representative for Swift confirmed that the couple donated $26 million “this week” to more than 20 organizations spanning food security, children’s healthcare, education, and animal welfare.

The donations include major nonprofits such as Feeding America, the ASPCA, Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, City Harvest, Food Bank For NYC, Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, Harvesters in Kansas City, and The Store in Nashville. Children’s hospitals and youth organizations also made the list, including Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Memorial Sloan Kettering’s MSK Kids program, Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital at NYU Langone, Education Through Music, and After-School All-Stars.

The timing naturally caught fans’ attention, arriving just days before the couple’s widely rumored New York City wedding weekend. However, Billboard noted that the announcement itself made no mention of wedding festivities, instead focusing solely on the charitable gifts.

Swift and Kelce announced their engagement in August 2025 with a playful Instagram caption that read, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.”

Meanwhile, reports continue to paint an increasingly elaborate picture of the celebration. People previously reported that Madison Square Garden has undergone a dramatic transformation, with trucks unloading décor and equipment outside the iconic venue. The New York Times has also reported that permits were filed for activities surrounding the arena, fueling ongoing speculation about multiple wedding events.

One detail that has remained surprisingly low-key? Gifts. During an interview with Extra, San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle revealed the couple requested guests bring “absolutely no gifts,” though he joked he might still surprise Kelce with an old coin because of his unusual collection.
