Taylor Frankie Paul Feels Ex Dakota Mortensen ‘Will Do Anything To Hurt Her’ — Source

Taylor Frankie Paul’s legal fights with her exes have continued long after their relationships ended, becoming one of the biggest off-screen storylines surrounding The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.

As the custody battles with Dakota Mortensen and Tate Paul drag on, a source claims Taylor believes one person is determined to make things as difficult as possible for her.

A new report alleges both of her exes recently offered custody agreements that Taylor refused to accept. Reportedly, she believes the proposals had little to do with what was actually best for her children.

According to Page Six, Dakota and Tate each recently proposed separate custody agreements that would have given them 60% custody while Taylor retained 40%.

The source claimed Taylor immediately rejected both proposals. She believes they aren’t in her children’s best interests.

“So now I’m suddenly capable of parenting 40% of the time? Couldn’t be more obvious what this is really about—and it isn’t the safety or well-being of our children,” Taylor allegedly responded.

The insider also claimed Taylor believes Dakota and Tate are coordinating their legal efforts against her. Even so, she’s reportedly prepared to continue fighting in court and “can’t wait to witness them lose.”

Taylor shares eight-year-old daughter Indy, and six-year-old son, Ocean, with her ex-husband Tate. They were married to from 2016 to 2022. She also shares two-year-old son Ever with Dakota. They dated on and off from 2022 until their split this year.

The latest claims come after months of legal battles. Earlier this year, Dakota received full custody of Ever. Tate later filed for sole custody of Indy and Ocean and requested a temporary restraining order against Taylor, though the request was ultimately denied.

A previous report claimed Taylor believed Tate’s filing was “a direct result” of Dakota “telling Tate lies about her.” Now, the source says Taylor still believes Dakota is fueling the conflict.

“She feels Dakota will do anything to hurt her … including using the children, but she is a survivor,” the insider claimed.

The source added that Taylor is continuing to prepare for the ongoing court battle. They’re also claiming she’ll return for the upcoming season of SLOMW. The status of her season of The Bachelorette remains unclear.

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is streaming on Hulu and Disney+.
