An insider claims Heard still has “terrible PTSD” from her experience with Depp. “She was totally destroyed by this experience and will never be the same,” the source said. The insider also said that it is hard for Heard to see Depp’s name.
Depp and Heard met in 2009 while filming The Rum Diary. They married on Feb. 3, 2015, but split 15 months later. Heard later wrote an open letter about experiencing domestic abuse, and Depp sued her for defamation. Depp denied harming Heard and won the case against her.
