A new booking photo showed Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s teenage son after his recent arrest. Kroy Biermann Jr., 15, faced serious felony charges stemming from an alleged April incident.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum strongly denied the allegations against her son. She insisted the evidence would ultimately support his version of events.

TMZ published the mug shot after the Alpharetta Police Department processed the 15-year-old. The booking photo showed Kroy Biermann Jr. wearing a black shirt and staring directly ahead.

Authorities arrested him on Aug. 17 in connection with alleged aggravated sexual battery and aggravated sodomy. Police linked the charges to an alleged encounter involving a female classmate.

According to FOX 5 Atlanta, the incident allegedly occurred on April 23. Investigators said the teens met at a Life Time Fitness location in Alpharetta. Authorities alleged that Kroy led the girl into the family changing area. The arrest documents accused him of physically restraining her and forcing unwanted sexual contact.

Police said the alleged victim later underwent an examination at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Court documents stated that testing found no male DNA on the alleged victim.

The Alpharetta Police Department confirmed that prosecutors charged Kroy as an adult. Georgia’s SB440 law allowed adult courts to handle specific felony charges against teenagers.

Kim addressed the sexual assault allegations in a statement provided to TMZ. “The allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling.”

She added, “He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged.” Zolciak later expanded on that denial in comments to Fox News Digital.

“My son voluntarily took a polygraph examination regarding these allegations and passed,” she said. Zolciak also said an examination found no DNA belonging to her son.

She further claimed the accuser had made similar allegations against two other people. Those claims raised ‘serious concerns that demand careful examination,’ Zolciak said.

The former reality star urged the public not to reach conclusions prematurely. “No one should be publicly condemned based solely on an accusation,” she said. Kroy remained held without bond at a youth detention center, according to reports. A Fulton County Superior Court judge would handle the proceedings in September.
