Jesse Solomon played the field in Season 8 of Summer House but he returned to the Hamptons an honest man, ready to commit to one woman – or at least he tried. Jesse was the first cast member to greet newcomer Lexi Wood when she moved into the Hamptons house. The two had a flirty exchange, signaling to fans that a new romance was brewing.
There was only one problem. Jesse, like his buddy West Wilson, struggles with commitment and exclusivity. Lexi, on the other hand, is a relationship girl, who is not willing to be one of his many suitors. He wanted to take things slow, whereas she wanted to meet his parents after a couple of dates. Jesse accepted Lexi’s ultimatum and decided to give exclusivity a try. The 31-year-old vowed to be loyal but his f*ckboy tendencies returned once Lexi left the Hamptons house for a weekend. He spent the weekend flirting with Ciara Miller and even got his toe sucked by a mystery woman in Imrul Hassan’s bed. Yeah, something tells me this man isn’t ready for a serious relationship.
Jesse attempted to get ahead of the rumor mill by telling Lexi about the Ciara situation. He explained that some people saw his behavior as “flirty” but assured her it wasn’t, saying he views Ciara like a sister. Unfortunately for Jesse, Lexi found out about a specific comment he made to Ciara that is definitely not something you say to your sister. He told Ciara he would’ve pursued her last summer if West hadn’t called dibs, which Lexi (obviously) found concerning. She also found out about toe thing, further destroying her trust in him.
Jesse’s behavior made fans doubtful the couple would survive post-summer.

It appears Lexi and Jesse are no longer together based on recent comments they’ve made. During a March 26 episode of Watch What Happens Live, Andy Cohen asked Jesse if Lexi saw the episode where he flirts with Ciara. Jesse replied by saying he “doesn’t know” if Lexi has seen it. Fans interpreted Jesse’s response as a clue that they are no longer dating.
The biggest indicator that the romance has soured is Lexi’s recent TikTok posts. She’s posted videos lip-syncing to some suggestive audio bites. In one video, she is applying makeup while mouthing along to audio that says, “If he is that easily led if you go away for a few days and he’s not f*cking strong enough in his own mind to keep his d*ck in his f*cking pants. Well, then he can f*ck off anyway.” She made another video using audio from the HBO show Euphoria in which the character Maddy Perez yells at her ex-boyfriend for making false promises. Many fans believe Lexi was referencing her romance with Jesse.

Summer House fans were rooting for Ciara and West last summer, but Lexi and Jesse didn’t get the same treatment. Fans in general appear to be happy that the two may have split. Lexi’s recent TikTok videos are flooded with supportive comments, saying she is better off without her Summer House co-star.
“Honestly, after that episode, hell yeah sis. [Jesse] will look back and realize he fumbled,” one fan commented.

Jesse is well-liked by viewers but he received backlash for making promises to Lexi that he couldn’t keep. While the pair has some supporters, the majority of fans seem to think they are not each other’s person.
