Survivor 48 Finale Date: When Does Season 48 End?

It’s almost time to declare a winner! Survivor 48 is coming to a close, and someone is about to become $1 million richer. Last night, we saw Mary Zheng get kicked out of the game, and it’s becoming clearer with each passing moment that Joe Hunter will probably win this whole thing. We could be wrong. Either way, this is going to be appointment television.

What is the Survivor 48 finale date?

The Survivor 48 finale date is Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 8/7c on CBS.

This season, we’ve seen some blindsides and a whole lot of misguided loyalty. We also learned that one guy got dumped by his girlfriend because he didn’t win the show. For a New Era season, it hasn’t been half bad. Will we remember the names of these cast members once the season wraps? Probably not.

As previously noted, Mary was voted out during the penultimate episode, becoming the fifth member of the Jury. In the finale, we’ll watch Joe face off against Eva Erickson, Kamilla Karthigesu, Kyle Fraser, and Shauhin Davari.

One of them will become the Sole Survivor, and based on what we’ve seen so far, these castaways are basically handing the money to either Joe or Eva. These aren’t the frontrunners we predicted, but this is Jeff Probst’s world. We’re just living in it.

Of course, the beautiful thing about Survivor is that when there’s a finale, that means we get to start this process all over again. While we sit around making theories about who will win Survivor 48, there’s a new batch of castaways in Fiji filming Season 49. Then, Jeff will turn around and film the highly anticipated Season 50, which is set to feature a cast of all returning players.

Survivor 48 comes to a close on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 8/7c on CBS.

TELL US – WHO DO YOU THINK WILL WIN SURVIVOR 48? HOW WOULD YOU RANK THIS SEASON COMPARED TO THE OTHER NEW ERA SEASONS?
