It’s no secret that Vanderpump Rules alum Ariana Madix has been booked and busy. Even after VPR furloughed its OG cast for a new revival of the series, she’s still been on TV nonstop. From her impressive Dancing with the Stars Season 32 run to hosting the ever-so popular Love Island USA, her former boss Lisa Vanderpump should be proud.
Ariana is a reality TV icon no doubt, and so it wasn’t a surprise to see that when a company wanted to do a reality TV show-inspired commercial that they would enlist her for the job.
Maybelline partnered with Ariana Madix for the spoof reality show
As a way of promoting their collection of primers, Maybelline decided to do its own spoof reality TV show. Called the Primer Donnas, Ariana plays a caddy main cast member. Definitely reminiscent of her Will Trent guest starring character, which was just a more dramatic version of herself.
The VPR alum took to social media to share the new partnership with her fans.
“Thanks to @maybelline, there’s more gripping drama and flawless looks where that came from. Stay tuned for more poreless perfection from the #PrimerDonnas,” she captioned the video.
The ad also features Love Island USA star JaNa Craig. After entering the villa in Season 6, she ended up finishing in third place with fellow islander Kenny Rodriguez. In fact, their on-screen romance continued off the show, and the two are still together to this day.
“We are primed & ready for this drama,” she commented under Ariana’s post.
Speaking of Love Island USA, the highly-anticipated Season 7 of the dating series is coming soon. In exactly two weeks from now, specifically.
Love Island USA Season 7 premieres on Peacock on June 3 at 9/8c.
