Season 2 of The Valley has not been kind to Jax Taylor. Viewers have seen his anger issues, rage-texting from rehab, and controlling behavior towards his wife, Brittany Cartwright. Finally, Jax went to rehab to deal with his mental health and substance abuse issues. However, Brittany was informed by Jax’s sister that he was being sent to the hospital for a possible heart attack. So, what really happened?
Jax spoke on The Valley After Show about the fake heart attack claims
This alleged health scare happened after Jax heard what Brittany was saying in their home. Yet, he was in rehab, causing Brittany to wonder if he bugged the house. Meanwhile, Jax admitted to checking out the cameras in their home while in rehab, and he wasn’t sorry about it. Shocker. Thank goodness, Brittany finally covered them.
During a recent episode of The Valley After Show, a producer asked Jax the million-dollar question: “Did you fake a heart attack?” Jax responded, “I mean, I’m good, but I’m not that good. They test you. How do you fake a heart attack? They have to put the devices on you and all that.”
According to Jax, the rehab staff evaluated him for his symptoms. Jenny, Jax’s sister, told Brittany he had “super high blood pressure.” The staff advised him to go to the hospital. “And I said, ‘Well, I don’t really want to go,'” Jax explained.
The staff advised him to “rest” for a while they made transport arrangements. Jax fell asleep, and when they woke him, he decided that he felt “fine” and declined any treatment. “But, no, I can’t manipulate a facility,” he said. “That’s kind of crazy.” He added, “I mean, I’ve been known to manipulate some people, that’s for sure, but I don’t understand. I don’t know how I could manipulate nurses. That’s pretty serious.”
Meanwhile, Brittany said, “The therapist told us the next day that he did not go to the hospital.” Jax’s therapist reportedly also admitted that he had lied about the incident.
