Sami Sheen is getting real about her health. The oldest daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards – who appears on Denise Richards & Her Wild Things – just revealed she’s removing her breast implants after dealing with some bizarre and scary symptoms.
She’s no stranger to speaking her mind online, recently making headlines for publicly calling out her younger sister, Lola Sheen, and her presence on OnlyFans. Now, Sami’s opening up about a personal health battle that’s leading her to make a major change.
Sami Sheen has “breast implant illness”
Sami, 21, shared on Instagram that she believes she’s been suffering from breast implant illness. She got her implants almost two years ago.
She revealed her struggle in an Instagram Story on Monday. “I’ve been experiencing health issues for nearly 2 years now with the weirdest symptoms and finally discovered that I have breast implant illness.”
She said she’s hoping to get the implants out as soon as possible. “I’m so happy I finally have an answer,” she added. “I’m hoping to get them removed asap so I can start feeling better.”
In another post, she shared a throwback of herself in a pink bikini from before the surgery.
“It’s definitely gonna be hard going back to this size. Not only physically, but mentally,” she wrote. “I don’t want to at all but I know I’ll feel so much better once they are out. So I guess it’s worth it.”
Sami listed the symptoms she’s been dealing with, including chronic fatigue, brain fog, acne, memory loss, headaches, joint pain, and severe anxiety. She also mentioned allergic reactions, dry eyes, skin rashes, vertigo, and even temperature sensitivity.
She told followers she’s not trying to scare anyone away from getting implants – just sharing her truth. “Not everyone who gets implants will get sick from them,” she wrote. “It’s definitely a flip of a coin, and I think I just got super unlucky.”
“But I’m also very grateful that I am fortunate enough to get them removed. I feel awful for all of the women that experience this and are stuck with them, cause this illness is no joke.”
Sami had previously revealed her “new rack” in late 2023, and has since had a nose job, lip fillers, Botox, and veneers.
Now, she’s decided to make her health a priority. “This is your sign to always put your health first!!!”
