A lot has been going on within the Chrisley family. The reality TV world was shattered when Todd Chrisley and Julie Chrisley were sentenced to prison. But, after a short while, the President stepped in and issued them full pardons. Now the couple are reunited and picking back up their successful podcast like nothing happened. They are also doing a brand-new TV series with some of their supportive family members. From prison to popularity, the Chrisleys are back to being one big happy family … well almost.
The criminal conversations have further brought up Lindsie Landsman (formerly Lindsie Chrisley). After leaving Chrisley Knows Best, she’s practically the forgotten child. And now, following her parents’ prison release, she’s fully embraced that title.
Lindsie Chrisley is now Lindsie Landsman
In a recent segment of her Southern Tea podcast, Lindsie addressed a big change in her life. She is no longer Lindsie Chrisley but now officially goes by Lindsie Landsman. Her new last name comes from her serious boyfriend, David Landsman.
“It truly was a decision that I made about reclaiming my peace and stepping into my future, that is defined by love, growth over the past couple of years, and just forward movement,” she explained in the July 16 episode.
The former reality TV star also made it clear that she hasn’t been mooching off of the Chrisley name. In fact, she reveals that Knows Best was the only time it was actually beneficial for her.
“We all collectively were doing that project together — outside of that, that last name did not create income or opportunity for me.”
As far as this broken family getting back together, it doesn’t seem likely. Lindsie and her sis Savannah Chrisley just went at it over their parents. But hey? Only time will tell.
