Season 7 of Love Island USA featured a cowboy and rodeo rider, Taylor Williams. He seemed popular with fans when he was coupled up with Olandria Carthen. She wanted a “country” man, and Taylor fit the bill perfectly.
However, during Casa Amor, Taylor eventually coupled up with Clarke Carraway. While fans were rooting for Taylor to get back together with Olandria, he followed his heart. He picked Clarke, and that didn’t sit well with the fandom.
The couple was eliminated shortly after Taylor made his decision. In the end, Taylor made the right decision for himself.

Unfortunately, Taylor was injured while he was riding in the Arizona Invitational Black Rodeo in Scottsdale. In a disturbing clip, which was posted via TikTok, it appears that Taylor’s horse tripped and fell. Taylor was stuck under his horse as it rolled over his body. After the scary accident, Taylor remained on the ground before officially rushed to his side.
Taylor gave an update via his Instagram Story. “Was in a horse accident last night, but I’m still pulling up tonight injured and all!” he wrote. “It’s my brother’s bday [you know] we still turnt!” Taylor wrote. He was promoting an upcoming nightclub appearance. What a champ!
Then, he posted another Instagram Story, showing a photo of himself in the hospital, sporting a neck brace and lying on a stretcher. “Preciate all the love! I’m all good,” Taylor captioned the photo. That accident was terrifying, and I’m glad that our Islander wasn’t seriously injured.
While Olandria eventually coupled up with Nic Vansteenberghe, coasting into second place for the season, Clarke and Taylor are still going strong. They are planning on working on their relationship in the real world.
