Real Housewives of Orange County star Jennifer Pedranti and Ryan Boyajian have been engaged for nearly a year and a half now. Though there’s lots of talk about a wedding, Jenn has yet to announce any solid plans.
On September 11, Jenn was a guest on Watch What Happens Live, where she shared some wedding-related details with host Andy Cohen. So far, the happy couple have yet to set a wedding date. Currently, everything is on hold since her son Dawson signed up for the Marines. Naturally, she wants him at the wedding, along with the other four children she shares with her ex-husband, William Pedranti.
“We don’t have an update yet,” Jenn admitted. “I need Dawson home for a chunk of time. I’m not doing it without the kids.”

“We talked the other day about going to the courthouse,” Jennifer added.
During the RHOC Season 19 premiere, while trying on wedding bikinis with her fiancé, Jenn made the situation clear. “I’m not getting married without Dawson being there,” she said at the time.
Fortunately, Ryan agreed with her that she needed all her children at the wedding. In September, Jenn won sole custody of her three minor children, so the younger ones still live with her and Ryan. The biggest problem is Dawson, who’s currently away at boot camp.
On June 26, Jenn posted a black and white photo of her hugging her son, shortly before he left for the Marines. Apparently, she was realizing that her boy was leaving the nest soon.
“Honestly, there is no way to put it into words,” she captioned her photo. “Dawson, Ryan, and I grabbed Starbucks together yesterday … We talked about all the normal things … When it’s time to go, I can’t let him go.”
“I love this kid so much,” she added. “I am so proud of him.”
Since their engagement in April 2024, Jenn and Ryan have talked about having a wedding on the beach. Ryan wants her to wear a bikini, while the most important thing to Jenn is to have all of her children there.
However, in a November 2024 interview with Bravo’s Daily Dish, the yoga teacher admitted she’d also consider having a “super easy” wedding. “I could walk down to the courthouse and sign papers,” she said. “I’m not looking for any big thing.”
Even though she’s excited, Jenn confessed to being a little nervous about walking down the aisle again. “I’m not scared about getting married to Ryan,” she said in an RHOC confessional. “I’m scared about a marriage that doesn’t work … But I’m not marrying my ex-husband, again. I’m marrying my best friend, and that I have zero reservations about that.
