Season 34 of Dancing with the Stars kicked off with a two-hour premiere on Tuesday, September 16. While many viewers tune in to see the stars fumble their way through routines, longtime DWTS return to see the pros. The lives of the pros can be just as interesting as the lives of the stars, especially when it comes to their dating history. Here’s what you need to know about the love lives of the DWTS dancers.

Jenna Johnson and Val Chmerkovskiy are married
Pros Jenna Johnson and Val Chmerkovskiy met in 2014 when Jenna joined the cast of DWTS as a troupe dancer. Val was already a dancer on the show. They began dating in 2015, but kept their romance under wraps until onlookers spotted them getting cozy in West Hollywood in 2016. They split at the end of 2016 but reconnected the following year after Val ended his relationship with singer Amber Rose. The two tied the knot in 2019 after four years of dating. Daniella Karagach and Pasha Pashkov are married
Daniella Karagach and Pasha Pashkov were already an item when they joined the cast of DWTS in 2019. The two first met through their dance coaches in 2009. They began dating that same year. The couple tied the knot in 2014 and welcomed their first child in May 2023.
Emma Slater and Alan Bersten are dating

Mark Ballas married singer Brittany Jean Carlson in 2015 after three years of dating. They welcomed their first son Banksi in November 2023.

Brandon Armstrong is a married man
Brandon Armstrong is married to influencer Brylee Ivers. They tied the knot in 2022 in Draper, Utah. Brylee celebrated their three year anniversary this July on Instagram. She shared photos from the wedding alongside a sweet caption.
“Happy anni to the only person I’d share a toothbrush with,” she wrote.
