It doesn’t matter if Scheana Shay is on Bravo right now or not. She’s always involved in the mess, one way or another. She just called out Teddi Mellencamp and Katie Ginella over the increasingly confusing Real Housewives of Orange County drama. According to Scheana, they’re “spreading lies” about her.
To recap, Scheana is good friends with Kiki Monique, the content creator who said that Katie told her the story of Gretchen Rossi going to the hospital after the “naked wasted” night 15 years ago. During a recent episode of Two Ts in a Pod, Teddi claimed that it was actually Scheana who told Kiki. Still following? Now, the Vanderpump Rules alum is clapping back, and she thinks a certain RHOC star is the one stirring the pot here.
Scheana Shay says the “truth” lies with RHOC’s Gretchen Rossi
During the Page Six Virtual Reali-Tea Awards last night, Scheana spoke about her sudden involvement in the convoluted storyline that derailed Season 19 of RHOC. Scheana, who is a friend of Gretchen, disputed the claim that Gretchen told Katie about going to the hospital.
“The truth is with Gretchen. Gretchen never said this to Katie,” Scheana said. “So now for Katie to go on Two Ts in a Pod, and go, ‘Well I heard Scheana heard this from Gretchen and told KiKi,’ I’m like, I’ve never … never heard any of this at all.”
“Gretchen has never said this,” Scheana continued. “I’ve been friends with her for over 15 years. I think I would’ve heard this story by now. And now they’re just spreading lies about me, and I have an issue with that that I address on my podcast on Friday.”
At this point, Scheana might need to do a pop-up at the Season 19 RHOC reunion, because she said she’s been contacted by three cast members about the drama. Now that she’s looped in, she thinks Tamra Judge is somehow behind all of it.
“All things point to Tamra being behind this,” Scheana said. “Are we shocked by that?”
She continued, “I think her and Katie are canoodling behind the scenes and trying to deflect from Katie being a pathological liar.”
