Nicole Kidman & Keith Urban Have ‘Unusual’ Child Custody Arrangements Amid Divorce — Report

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have reached a reportedly “unusual” arrangement for their daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14, following their divorce after 19 years of marriage.

Court documents reveal Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s ‘unusual parenting plan’ for child custody

Court documents obtained by The Daily Mail reveal that the Oscar-winning actress, 58, will serve as the primary residential parent, caring for the children 306 days a year, while Urban, 57, will have them for 59 days. Under the agreement, Keith’s time with the girls is limited to weekends every other week, from 10 a.m. Saturday to 6 p.m. Sunday. Kidman will have custody for the rest of the year.

The parenting plan also details how special occasions will be shared between the parents. Kidman will spend holidays such as Mother’s Day and Easter with the girls, while Urban will have them on Father’s Day and Thanksgiving.

Despite the separation, both parents will “provide a loving, stable, consistent and nurturing relationship with the children.” Notably, neither party will receive monthly child support, as Keith has reportedly “prepaid all child support obligations.”

The former couple has agreed to encourage their children to “love the other parent and be comfortable in both families.” They are also required to complete a mandated parenting seminar within 60 days of the divorce filing.

Kidman officially signed the parenting plan on September 6, while the country singer signed it days earlier on August 29.

Kidman filed for divorce on Tuesday, September 30th, citing irreconcilable differences. The split has reportedly been influenced by the couple’s busy schedules, keeping them apart in recent months. Meanwhile, rumors suggest Urban may be dating a younger woman in the music industry.

Kidman was previously married to Tom Cruise from 1990 to 2001, during which time they adopted two children, Isabella, 32, and Connor, 30.
