Unfortunately, it looks like no happily ever after for Olivia Flowers this time, at least not with Alex Williams. The Southern Charm alum shared that the couple has decided not to move forward with their wedding. It’s so sad because they looked really happy too.
Reality fans still remember Olivia from her time on Southern Charm. She was with Austen Kroll on the show, and while they were “still talking” or trying to work it out, he kissed her BFF at the time Taylor Ann Green. Oh, the drama was intense. But Olivia moved on and met Alex in 2023, and the couple got engaged in October 2024.

It looked like everything was going great and the hard days were behind her. And Olivia had made quite the happy life for herself outside the craziness of reality TV. However, something happened that made the couple decide not to push through with the wedding.
To share the news, Olivia collaborated with Cabin Creative to share a post on her social media. In the post, the statement reads:
“After much thought and heartfelt conversations, Olivia and her fiancé Alex have made the difficult decision not to move forward with their wedding. This is not a decision made lightly, but one grounded in deep mutual respect and love for one another.
While this isn’t the path they originally envisioned, they are profoundly grateful for the love and support of their friends and family. Alex and Olivia remain committed to each other with a renewed sense of clarity, strength, and appreciation for honoring one’s heart.
She is very appreciative of your grace and kindness as they move through this transition together.”
It’s a straightforward statement, and one that implies that the couple will be staying together, just not getting married at this time. If this is true, it will be a significant transition indeed. It’s difficult to go from making vows to just being back in a relationship.
The couple was so close to the aisle, too. A couple of weeks ago, Olivia shared photos on her Instagram of her bachelor party in Miami with close girlfriends.
