If you’ve been following Tom Schwartz on Instagram, then you know he’s been teasing a new girl in his life. Her name is Kiana Carroll, she’s a model, and she’s 16 years younger than the Vanderpump Rules alum. But who’s counting?
Although Tom hasn’t officially called Kiana his “girlfriend,” it’s definitely starting to seem that way. She just joined him on an episode of his podcast, Detox Retox with Tom Schwartz, and they’re both fanning the flames of these romance rumors.

Ahead of the November 12 episode of Schwartz’s podcast, he shared an Instagram post, teasing that the podcast would do a deep dive into the modeling industry. He asked, “Ever wonder what it’s really like to make a living as a model?”
“Let’s go to one [of my] favorite places in the world, NYC, [with] one of my favorite humans in the world @kkianac,” Tom continued. “She’s got charisma, moxy and is as funny as she is beautiful.”
He continued, “With Cold beer in hand, we riff on the current state of the modeling biz from her chic high-rise apartment.”
That’s a pretty glowing review, right? Underneath the Instagram post, Tom’s costars from The Valley weighed in, seemingly confirming that this age-gap relationship is the real deal. Everyone skipped right over that lengthy passage about the modeling industry.
Zack Wickham wrote, “My two favorites.”
Meanwhile, Jesse Lally added, “Hard launch! Love you guys!”
Of course, there were also plenty of comments from Bravo fans urging Schwartz to date someone in his own age bracket. However, in between all of that feedback, Kiana dropped a lovey-dovey comment to her rumored boyfriend. She simply wrote, “♥️ u.”
