Did Austen Kroll cheat on Audrey Pratt? In the trailer for Southern Charm Season 11, we hear a statement that teases yes. But what does Austen have to say? Did he cheat, or was this slip-up just another byproduct of an unreliable narrator on his cast?
The Southern Charm trailer saw Austen Kroll accused of cheating
Ahead of Season 11, Austen sat with Us Weekly, where he addressed his current status with Audrey. The last time Austen spoke about their relationship, his answers were vague. Instead of giving any tea, he uncomfortably told fans to “watch Season 11.”
But now, Austen is opening up a bit more, letting everyone know that he and Audrey are no longer together. “I don’t care if it’s a spoiler, [but] Audrey and I never had any sort of, like, ‘damn’ moment that happened to make anything [bad] between us happen,” he said. Teasing otherwise, in the Season 11 trailer, we see his buddies dissecting a rumor that suggests Austen was unfaithful. Regarding this clip, Austen finds it “extremely disappointing” to see Craig Conover regurgitating gossip for the whole world to feed off of.
“Man, if I didn’t hear things — not like unfaithfulness, per se, between him and [his ex] Paige [DeSorbo] — I never fed into any of that stuff, because that is a line crosser,” Austen said. “I never was the one who was pointing fingers at a rocky relationship between him and Paige, so to see him more than willing to offer this up is … [it] was disappointing as hell to see. I was nothing but a supporter, and I never fed into the outside noise that I heard about him. You’ll definitely see that disappointment in me in the aftermath of said scene,” Austen stressed.
Interesting. But all we can do now is what Austen originally asked, “watch Season 11.”
