Season 13 of Real Housewives of Atlanta needed to be a season of change. Last season was toxic and kept recycling the same storylines. In September, “OG” NeNe Leakes announced that she was leaving the show. But, with NeNe being NeNe, even her RHOA exit was filled with frantic drama.
NeNe alleged that she was forced off the show. And when rumors surfaced that Bravo snatched away her peach, NeNe insisted that she walked away from an unfair offer. Sure, NeNe. Eva Marcille also departed the franchise.
Whitney Rose is putting it all out there on Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. In the series premiere, viewers saw Whitney renew her marriage vows with her husband of 10 years, Justin Rose. She then took to a stripper pole in her basement to celebrate with her guests. Whitney seems to love stripper poles–there were even strippers at her 1920’s party. I’m sensing a theme here!
Some critics came for Whitney for showcasing her renewal on the first episode of RHOSLC. The couple has a scandalous history. Whitney and Justin met when he was her boss. Justin is quite a bit older than Whitney. They were both married to other people but fell in love and began an affair.
Meghan King (formerly Meghan Edmonds) may have left Real Housewives of Orange County, but her life has all the drama of a reality show. She split with her husband, Jim “Dad Jeans” Edmonds because he allegedly had an affair with their nanny. Jim also enjoys sexting with other women. Their split wasn’t a surprise to RHOC viewers.
Their divorce has been messy. The couple has battled over custody of their three children: Aspen, Hayes, and Hart. When Hart was diagnosed with cerebral palsy in October of 2020, Meghan shared the news with a blog post. Jim wasn’t pleased that he learned about Hart on social media.
Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey finally tied the knot with Mike Hill on 10/10/2020. But no one is buzzing about Cynthia’s nuptials. They are talking about her bachelorette party.
The rowdy festivities were held at a house in Charleston, South Carolina. Of course, a male stripper was there to perform for the RHOA peaches.
In the most recent episode of Real Housewives of Orange County, viewers watched the ladies dealing with the beginning of the pandemic, just before filming shut down. Apparently, Kelly Dodd was bored and spent the better part of 2020 dropping false, and dangerous, statements about the coronavirus pandemic.
In April 2020, Kelly lashed out on Instagram at someone who was critical of Kelly flying from New York back to California after visiting her fiancé, Rick Leventhal. “Do you know how many people died from the H1N1, the swine flu or SARS? It’s 25% get your facts straight you only hearing numbers not the reality! It’s God’s way of thinning the herd!” Kelly said. Sigh. She did apologize, but it was way too little and way too late.
There has been a ton of drama this season on Real Housewives of Potomac. The one moment that defined the season was the physical altercation between Monique Samuels and Candiace Dillard. Bravo cameras rolled during the incident. It was horrible, violent, and difficult to watch.
Candiace filed a case against Monique for second degree assault. After, Monique filed one against Candiace for the same. Luckily, a judge dismissed both cases.
There is more trouble brewing between Real Housewives of Orange County stars Gina Kirschenheiter and Braunwyn Windham-Burke. During the Season 15 premiere, Braunwyn revealed that she is an alcoholic. It was a shock for RHOC viewers.
She is also redefining her relationship with her husband, Sean Burke. The couple has shared that they had threesomes with other women in the past.
Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and restaurateur, Lisa Vanderpump, is not happy right now, and she let the world know it. The fate of her reality show, Vanderpump Rules, is still up in the air after the firing of Stassi Schroeder, Kristen Doute, and two other employees for alleged racist behavior.
The coronavirus pandemic has taken a terrible toll on so many businesses, including restaurants. Lisa and her husband, Ken Todd, own three eateries in Los Angeles: SUR, PUMP, and TomTom. They also own Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace in Los Vegas. Since VPR follows the lives of Lisa’s employees at SUR and TomTom, with the shutdowns, there isn’t much to film.
