Bethenny Frankel is no longer appearing on Real Housewives of New York but she’s doing everything else. Want some clothes? Beth has you covered. Want to be insulted? Beth is there for you. Want to drop some exciting news on the same day your former show is releasing a new-season trailer? Don’t worry, Bethenny won’t leave you out in the cold.
Now we move on to Bethenny’s next
stunt chapter, or maybe it’s just a blurb. Hey, remember the “Tipsy Girl incident”? Sonja Morgan was considering offering her own line of spirits and attempted to consult with Superbusinesswoman Bethenny about her direction. Despite the Jaws music playing in the background, none of us knew Sonja was about to be Bethenny’s lunchtime snack. As Beth berated Sonja for stealing her brand, she offered some wise words, “pick one thing and stick with it”. Clearly Bethenny doesn’t follow her own advice.
As Season 13 of the Real Housewives of Atlanta is nearing its end, I can confidently say that it was a bit of a let down. And it’s a shame because it had so much potential. Porsha Williams jumped head-first into activism and even got arrested at a protest. She may or may not have had a little too much fun with Bolo at Cynthia Bailey’s bachelorette party, but is pleading the fifth. Bravo gave us a wedding, a few break-ups and make-ups and even some brand-new cast members. But still, the season was a snoozefest. Particularly when it came to most of the peach holders.
Thankfully, the friends-of RHOA saved the day. Newbie LaToya Ali got into it with everybody. She shaded Drew Sidora’s wig, which ignited a season-long feud. She’s fought with Falynn Guobadia, Porsha and even her bestie Kenya Moore, who had a crush on her. And, as always, Marlo Hampton was a major highlight – even getting in the middle of the Kenya and Porsha feud. And wearing hazmat suits to events like a queen.
Real Housewives of Atlanta has been fabulous this season. Cynthia Bailey’s dungeon-themed bachelorette party in South Carolina was raunchy and hilarious. Thank you, Kandi Burruss! A stripper named Bolo performed for the RHOA peaches, and allegedly got very personal with two of the ladies.
Kenya Moore heard two female voices with Bolo in an empty bedroom, and she is hell-bent on finding out who slept with Bolo. Kenya is convinced that she recognized Porsha William’s voice, and is trying to out her. It’s called girl code, Kenya.
Ever since Andy Cohen announced a special episode of Watch What Happens Live featuring the kids of Housewives, there’s been drama. The show will feature Brielle Biermann, Riley Burruss, Noelle Robinson and Kairo Whitfield from the Real Housewives of Atlanta; Frankie Catania, Gia Giudice and Albie & Chris Manzo from the Real Housewives of New Jersey. Also, Real Housewives of Orange County’s Briana Culberson and Shane Keough and Real Housewives of New York’s Victoria de Lesseps and Avery Singer will be thrown in the mix. And last but not least, newbie Brooks Marks from the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City will be there too. So there’s definitely a variety of old and new, with plenty of OGs making a return.
But apparently, some of the wives were not happy that their kids were left off the list and made a call to Daddy Andy to complain. Andy said it was someone with daughters, which removes NeNe Leakes from the suspect list (even though she would’ve been a good contender). It was a bit of a red flag that no Real Housewives of Beverly Hills kids were featured, but Lisa Rinna totally owned it and admitted it wasn’t her calling the network. We know that her daughters Amelia Gray and Delilah Belle Hamlin are busy working on becoming the next Kardashians anyway.
Marlo Hampton has been a friend-of staple on Real Housewives of Atlanta forever now. We’ve seen all of her friendship ups and downs and this season is no different. Marlo and Porsha Williams seemed to be on good terms. On the other hand, Marlo and Kenya Moore continued to hate on each other. All over crappy room accommodations and who got plastic surgery on their butt.
That changed when our ATL Queen Porsha got hot and heavy with a stripper named Bolo at Cynthia Bailey’s bachelorette party. United in mess, Kenya and Marlo buried the hatchet in agreement that Porsha slept with Bolo. Something that Porsha vehemently denies. Of course Porsha expects little else from Kenya but seemed pretty upset knowing that Marlo was doubting her as well.
The feuds on Real Housewives of Atlanta are sure heating up this season. Both on camera and off. While we are still in the midst of BoloGate, we are seeing the fallout in real time on the gossip sites. Reality Tea included.
We recently told you about how Porsha Williams accused renewed nemesis Marlo Hampton of riding NeNe Leakes’ coattails. The two have been going at each other ever since Marlo has reunited with Kenya Moore. Kenya and Marlo are claiming that Porsha slept with the hired stripper, Bolo, for Cynthia Bailey’s bachelorette party in South Carolina. And Porsha isn’t taking it lying down, hence her accusations that Marlo is only relevant thanks to NeNe.
I love a good mystery and when all else fails, this one will do. Recently Andy Cohen announced a Watch What Happens Live special featuring the children of Bravolebrities. “Children” meaning 18 years old and over… No minors will be a part of this program, but that doesn’t stop parents from subjecting their youngsters to scorn and humiliation over the course of 13 episodes. The line up includes various spawn representing most of the Real Housewives franchises.
Not every adult kid could participate. Some are in college, some have families in far away places, and some weren’t asked to join in on the fun. Rumors began swirling that two pissed off Housewives called Daddy with a bone to pick because their child wasn’t tapped. The Bravo detective squad, arguably more lethal than the CIA, began sleuthing in attempts to figure out which indignant women complained. According to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Lisa Rinna, we can eliminate her from the list. But we all know Lisa has memory problems, so she might not even remember making the call…
This week Andy Cohen gifted fans with news of a “Bravo Kids” special that will be featured on an episode of Watch What Happens Live. The special includes Gia Giudice, Frankie Catania, Albie Manzo and Chris Manzo from Real Housewives of New Jersey, Brielle Biermann, Riley Burruss, and Kairo Whitfield (THANK YOU) from Real Housewives of Atlanta, Avery Singer and Victoria de Lesseps from Real Housewives of New York City, and of course OG kids Briana Culberson and Shane Keough (YES) from Real Housewives of Orange County.
The “kids” featured in this special all grew up on TV and probably had zero say in showing their awkward years on camera for millions of people. So, this could be awesome! While the show features our favorite Bravo kids, there are some noticeable names missing. Yolanda Hadid’s daughters, Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid are probably too busy being supermodels to show up on WWHL. But what about Kyle Richards’ daughters? Or Lisa Rinna’s? Nene Leakes’ kids? Or Jill Zarin’s daughter? Something tells me they’re dying to be included – and Andy has hinted as much without naming names.
