Jennifer requested that the ladies wear red, and when Marty insulted Margaret’s appearance, Joe B. sure was seeing red. It wasn’t the first time that Marty slammed Margaret’s looks. At Milania Giudice’s listening party, Marty said that Margaret wouldn’t want to be in a room with Danielle because no one would be able to take their eyes off Danielle.
Jennifer had no qualms about going on a second girls’ trip, much to conservative husband Bill Aydin’s dismay. The Cabo trip will go down as being the most infamous in RHONJ history. Margaret likened Jennifer’s plump and pouty lips to “a monkey’s a**hole.” At dinner one night, Margaret threw wine at Danielle Staub after Danielle cackled about how Margaret’s children are not in her life. Danielle flung a glass at Margaret, hitting Melissa Gorga’s leg. Finally, when Melissa accused Jennifer of throwing the glass, Jennifer smashed a glass on the table and brandished it at Melissa.
During a tequila-soaked girls’ trip to Cabo, Danielle fought with Margaret. She even stated that Margaret isn’t in touch with her children and not allowed to see her grandchildren because she is an awful person. Remember how talking about kids isn’t allowed on RHONJ? Margaret tossed a glass of wine at Danielle, which resulted in a meltdown of epic proportions, and even more broken wine glasses. (I see you, Jennifer Aydin!) Even more surprising than this rumble in Cabo? Teresa backing Danielle…again.
The split between Real Housewives of New Jersey OG Danielle Staub and Marty Caffrey has been getting more vicious by the day. The couple’s May nuptials in the Bahamas was filmed for Season 9 of RHONJ. Still, it was clear from the beginning that this relationship was in trouble. The duo slapped each other with restraining orders in August, but they later dropped them. Danielle then retained counsel to end their marriage. Ahh…newlywed bliss!
Marty even listed the house that the newlyweds exes are sharing for sale, but allegedly didn’t tell Danielle. On January 3, Danielle had police remove Marty from their home when the cops arrived regarding a domestic disturbance call. Danielle claimed that Marty is inflicting “emotional torment.” Perhaps it isn’t a great idea to both live in the same house while getting a divorce (just saying.)
As another year approaches, it is time to reflect upon the past, and dream about the future. As a reality television fanatic fan, my thoughts turn to which Housewives need to grace our television screens once again. Are you listening, Bravo?
Each Real Housewivesfranchise has seasons that are amazing and others that are boring less exciting. Often, the key is having the right number of newbies and franchise favorites. But what really makes sparks fly is when a Housewife returns to a show, resuming prior relationships and interacting with newer castmates. Here is my dream team of who needs to be, and deserves to be, a Housewife again.
