The eviction saga of The Real Housewives of Orange County star Lynne Curtin has finally ended, as she moved out of her Arch Beach Heights home Wednesday, after receiving another eviction notice on Tuesday.
At first, Lynne refused to move, forcing the homeowner to file an eviction notice with the Orange County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday. Several neighbors confirmed seeing Lynne and other family members move belongings from their home to a moving van. One of the neighbors also said this isn’t the first time the family have been evicted.
We initially reported that Lynne and her husband, Frank, never paid their security deposit, owing over $12,000 to the homeowner.
“Instead of paying the rent, security deposit and commission to their Realtor, Lynne got a facelift and her daughter got a nose job,” a source told the OCRegister.
The OCRegister also reports the Orange County housewives have reportedly earned $120,000 or more per seasons, however Lynne’s finances from the show are unknown.
Though all their belongings were moved, the garage door was left open, revealing storage and camera equipment owned by Evolution Media, the company filming the show for Bravo.
There is a comment a police report concerning possible items missing from the home has been filed following the Curtin’s eviction. Does anyone know anything more about this?
(Has the Barney home been sold as a short sale, or gone on into foreclosure?)
The Barney house has NOT been sold on a short sale (I know Tamra lied about it earlier in the week…just another one of her pathetic lies).
If you look it up it is says it has not been sold but looks like it is about to go into foreclosure (they usually do that when the short sale didn’t work out).
I know there is NO WAY in hell that each of the so called “housewives” make $100,000 each episode. If they did NONE of them would be crying financial problems as they are now. And if the reports are true that the Curtin’s money was spent on a face lift for Lynn and a nose job for the daughter…the Curtin’s got ROBBED. Both of them look as horrible as the day they first showed up on RHOC. With everyone today cutting back on “extra” spending I guess that ALL of the “housewives” shows including OC and Atlanta and New York and New Jersey the housewives are now going to become one of us just a regular housewife who takes care of a house, husband and a couple of kids and a dog !! Funny how karma comes back at ya and bites you in the ass!!! HA HA HA HA HA HA HA
Wow. I just read a previous item saying that the owner of the house was having to sleep on her parent’s couch while Lynn and her family occupied her house! It’s truly mystifying that they simply did not pay the $12,000 owed. If they were disputing the money owed, they obviously lost. So why didn’t they pay up in the end? Why not sell something in order to raise the money, if they’re truly that broke? Or perhaps they plan to sell some of the items it appears the owner is now claiming they took from her home.
Just J, I don’t think we have to worry anytime soon about the Bravo housewives ‘joining the rest of us.’
Something integral has been missing from this whole eviction story. Guess we won’t know until someone decides to ‘really’ talk.

Ok, so don’t pay the rent, but get a face lift….what about doing something about them saggy boob’s…I mean since she didn’t pay the rent?
Frank Curtin made a bad name for himself as a contractor by hiring sub-contractors and failing to pay them. This is definitely what comes around for him. I hope this humbles the whole family and helps them to get their priorities in order.
Get lynn off the air I am so sick of this show its old. Please lets move on. Tamara I am so sick of. I live here in OC and Lynn thinks she know everthing about OC. I will have a party when the show ends.
Keep you head up Lynne, you will get a place to live. You have the hottest husband too although his business actions are not very honorable.
The walls of her last home were so f’en cool!!! was that wall paper, drywall, what please can someone fill me in. PLEASE! I am trying to figure it out what that was but nothing has came up but a bunch of bad shit about the house and her fam. THAT HOUSE! SO BEAUTIFUL!
anyways she so pretty for her age. I thought she was much younger. the men are always looking at her legs so they gotta make fun of her to get the other girls off their back. They make fun of her short skirts but you know they love it. Hell i love it gives us hope that if you take care of your self for life you’ll look like that for life. well until like 80!! nothing you can do then.
That family is pathetic!!! The father is a loserLynn is a drunk twat and those to girls are future sluts of america (they are both dead beats and I bet they will both be prego within 6 months……what a rotten group of people. I also know for a fact that Lynn and her loser husband have been evicted 2 other times. The husband wont work and Lynn lies about her jewelery business which is a total flop.
