Not exactly sure what Bethenny Frankel is trying to prove, but the Real Housewives of NYC star has decided to share her untouched PETA nude picture with the public.
According to UsWeekly, Bethenny is sharing the untouched version of her picture in an attempt to prove she was not heavily airbrushed, as claimed by others including fellow housewife, Teresa Giudice, who recently slammed her. “Everything I’m about is being honest and being upfront,” Bethenny, 39, tells UsMagazine. “So if people are talking and saying [the photo] was airbrushed…then, you know what? Here’s the picture. Have it your way.”
Bethenny who is now four months pregnant with her first child adds that she would “never, ever allow them to put up a billboard that was really far from the truth.”
When asked about her pregnancy, Bethenny says — “It’s been great. I haven’t been particularly nauseous, and I get a decent night’s sleep, which is refreshing. My boobs are big, but other than that, nothing’s crazy.” She also reveals she and fiance, Jason Hoppy, are putting off their wedding until after she gets through her pregnancy and upcoming book tour.
Perhaps it’s just me, but umm doesn’t the untouched version of the pic prove that it was indeed heavily airbrushed?

Is it just me, or does anyone else think Bethenny resembles a leather satchel?
I really do not know what her point is, everyone gets airbrushed.When she made the comment that that not much was done she must not have seen compared the pictures yet. She looks at least 15 years younger and at least 10 pounds thinner, her skin looks wonderful. I mean the orginal picture is nice / natural, but they would never have used that
Thanks for posting this. As a portrait and Photoshop artist myself, they have airbushed the HECK out of this picture! Who is Bethenny trying to fool? When I first saw the face, it didn’t even look like hers.
Point is, Bethenny is trying to come across as Miss “Au Naturale.” This proves she ISN’T. Granted, it was not her decision what was done to the photo, but as one could see, a LOT had to be done — moles, dark eye circles and more. Notice even some of the bones and ribs had to be softened — EVERYTHING for crying out loud had to be softened!
One would hope that the self-proclaimed “Natural Skinny Girl” would cut the food crap, stop “picking” at people’s food (you know, it IS called the PICKING diet after all) and start eating normal — for her BABY’S HEALTH at least. There has been talk on the net that Bethenny may be bulimic – which I have NO idea if it’s true, and hope it is not. However, people are claiming she has the classic “chipmunk cheeks” that bulimics have, as well as obsessing about and constantly talking about food. It makes one wonder..
Having a few extra pounds is not unhealthy — it’s natural and normal. Bethenny does NOT represent mainstream women. She looks TOO skinny. This is the problem with many of these “reality” celebs — they AREN’T normal and it clearly shows with many of them.
Bethenny has become a bit of a media whore lately, and though I’m a fan of hers, for someone to so easily strip naked shows she is craving attention more than anything. She’s not about the animals like PETA is. She just wants to be “famous” — famous for NOTHING, like most of these reality people.

According to the New York Post, Bethenny boasted that she was already pregnant when the shots were taken and she was pleased with the outcome “because it doesn’t look like there’s been any airbrushing.”

Dyana I dont think you were totally wrong. She was giving the impression that there had been very little airbrushing.
She looks like an amputee – bad photo!
She is completely dillusional if she doesn’t see the NUMEROUS airbrushing and editing touch-ups that this photo has undergone. Hello, McFly!?! The backdrop was touched-up, the color of the sky was not that blue in the original and where in the world did her boob go? Her left arm is that long in the original and where did those deep creases around her mouth go? Attention Whore 100%!! Let’s hope she stops smoking that mind-altering crack while she is pregnant!!
Look at the right arm — the one on the far side. The elbow is wrinkled and knobby in the untouched picture, but it’s perfectly smooth in the airbrushed one.
Bethenny’s face had so much airbrushing done that it doesn’t even look like the same person!
As a Photoshop Pro user, I would estimate that airbrushing to be about 3 hours of non-stop work. It appears that she had just about every part of her face and body airbrushed in this pic. Not to say she is ugly but normally it is recommended a photograph not be so retouched to the point that the person is almost not recognizable. In my opinion, too much airbrushing was done on her mainly on her face.
Why did Peta want this over the hill hag to begin w/? I thought the point of it was to draw attention by putting an attractive woman in the ad.
Her arm is higher in the untouched one. They obviously didn’t want her fake boob in the picture. There’s nothing here that would impress anyone, esp. males if that was the intent.
All she proved was that she should in fact keep her bag of bones and sagging flesh under wraps.
I just think it is dishonest of Bettheny to say that she never had breast implants. She finally admitted to having a “lift”. Well, that means implants. It is SO obvious in her clothes. If she is so vigilantly honest, she should admit it.
It’s not HEAVILY airbrushed. It mostly just looks like they added the glow to the picture and lightened up her skin. They hid her boob and smoothed out the side… it’s not much and no big deal.
the airbrushing of the face was the biggest change. not sure what planet she is from saying that much wasn’t done, her face went from a crocodile purse to a coach saddle leather. purse

So what if it’s airbrushed. It still looks like her. I guarantee if any of you people were on a huge billboard NAKED you would want to be airbrushed too!! She still looks the same size and like the same person. So they evened out her skin, BIG DEAL!!!!

I think she ment in regards to her weight. Of course the airbrushers are going to cover up all the goosebumps and skin imperfections. We had that done for our highschool senior pictures 5 years ago and I’m sure most of you have too.

How was Bethanny to know how much was done? I am sure she knew airbrushing was done…..all photos published are airbrushed these days. I think she looks great au-naturale…but the airbrushed one is more publishable….I guess. I mean they changed the background colors and the skyline too…guess they shouldn’t have done that as well. Wonder what everyone would say about their favorite movie stars and actresses w/out airbrushing…let alone themselves.
But she still looks good, airbrushing is done 99% of the time. So pick apart everyone, list them and have a debate!! Bitch about the oil spew….. much more important to pick apart.
