Bethenny Frankel is dunzo!
The Real Housewives of New York City star has officially quit the show that made her a star, reports the new issue of UsWeekly.
“Last season was scary and painful,” she tells the magazine about the reason she rejected Bravo’s offers to return for season 4, which is scheduled to begin filming on Sept. 20. “It took all of the joy out of it.”
This decision by Bethenny doesn’t exactly come as a shocker as she has another hit show on Bravo, Bethenny Getting Married, a show that doesn’t require her to try to decode the incoherent ramblings of NYC co-star Kelly Bensimon.
Bethenny, who welcomed daughter Bryn Hoppy in May with husband Jason Hoppy tells UsWeekly she doesn’t “see any reason to go back.”
Despite Bethenny quitting the show, viewers can still expect to see her when the 4th season of the NYC Housewives returns. Why? Well a Bravo insider tells UsWeekly that Bethenny is still contractually bound to make a few appearances on RHONY next season, though Bravo is still hoping that she’ll return full-time.
Could money have played a part in Bethenny’s decision? Hollyscoop reported just last week that Bethenny was in negotiations to return to the show. Either way, I can’t say I blame Bethenny. I’m not certain Bravo could pay me enough money to go on vacation with the nutty Kelly and mean girl Jill. I think this will definitely impact the show though. Bethenny not appearing on RHONY would be equivalent to Nene Leakes leaving the Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Hey Lwoo. Jill Zarin said on just about every occasion that she tried on clothes that she was a size zero, and before the breast reduction she was a G. My wife got to a JJ during and after her pregnancies, and she could not get her boobs in a zero with crisco and a crow bar. Dolly Parton is a tiny woman, and she could not get in a zero. My mother is a tiny woman, and she is in a two or a four.
And as far as putting on airs, it was stated on the BRAVO website I believe that Luanna, and that muppet count rented the townhouse in New York in order to tape the first season of the show. Wonder what they were living in before? And that thing about her still being a countess, and being the 4th wife of the muppet, how many other countesses does he have floating around? They could have a reunion. She seemed so shocked by him bailing on her. It was only after a few months it was said that she was his 4th wife. How the hell did she think he was going to stay? You know what they say, “When a Mistress marries her lover, she creates a job opening.”
Of course she made the right decision, why would she stay? She has her own show, she’s obviously not happy with most of the girls on real housewives most of the time, and she’s very successful without the show. So why would she stay?
I’m shocked she isn’t returning. This show would give her more airtime to promote herself and her products since that is all she cares about.

Ding dong the witch is dead!!! I promise you that I would NOT watch the show next season if this mean girl media whore Bethany was still on the show. She is one of the few people on this planet who looks UGLIER when she smiles. YIKES!!!! Good riddance and i look forward to seeing Jill back to her old self!
I’m glad she quit, sorry the show made her a so call star. Didn’t care for her show about her married life and baby, she needs to pray and learn to forgive. I’m glad she found love, just do what it takes to make it work. Now she will she how hard it is to keep a marriage togetgher and raise a child. I just didn’t feel her on any shows she was in, and don’t see her having her own show. OMG who wants to watch her, she is boring and need to learn how to treat the public.
I can tell you one thing, I sure won’t miss the obnoxiously overdone plugging of her disgusting Skinny Girl Margarita. My Mom is a big fan of Margaritas and RHONY, so I picked up a bottle of it for her. She took one sip and the look on her face, as well as what she said next was priceless. My Mom is very proper and not a curser but when she tasted this her face contorted and she blurted out: This is some nasty-ass shit!
Come on Jill…having your relatives and friends spew hate against Betheny is so obvious.

I agree. I probably won’t watch it either. Bethenny was by far the best charater on the RHONY, Jill can’t carry the show on her own.
I think some of the people who have posted on here are either being paid by Jill or Kelly, or they’re just delusional and jealous of Bethanny’s success. I think its sad that certain peoples lives are so insignificant they have nothing better to do than smear some innocent person’s name on this website. If you don’t like her-GREAT!! Good for you. But guess what–NOBODY CARES! As the great Bethanny would say find a hobby!! Try focusing your energy on something that might actually do some good for this world instead of spewing your disgusting hate online. Don’t you know that such negativity will only come back around and kick you in the ass? Have fun with that.
