In the latest issue of PEOPLE magazine, Nene Leakes of the Real Housewives of Atlanta, is finally revealing all of her plastic surgery secrets and buckle up folks, it isn’t just a nose job!
“I admit it: I’m vain,” reveals the 42-year-old Atlanta housewife, who is surprisingly very honest about all the work she has had done in the article.
“I wanted a tune up,” said Nene, who went under the knife in April for three plastic surgery procedures: a nose job, a breast lift, and liposuction.
Nene shares that the nose job was done to narrow down her nostrils which “bothered me for years.” Nene was however unhappy with some of the backlash she received when she stepped out with her new nose, with some saying her new nose “looks Caucasian.” Nene adds, “I love what I did. I didn’t want to change my looks. I wanted to look like the black woman I am. Only a better version.”
Along with the liposuction, Nene also lost 15 pounds. “I couldn’t be happier,” she tells the mag. The timing of this PEOPLE article is not a coincidence as the Monday night episode of the Atlanta Housewives will tackle Nene’s nose job.

Nene is not hot but she has beautiful features.
Hopefully, she will continue to experiment with more flattering hairstyles.

That picture is so photoshopped it’s ridiculous. After viewing last weeks epidsode, I’d like to know where the 15 pounds is that she says that she’s lost because she looked pretty big to me and she should ask for a refund for that breast lift. I just think she looks like a big drag queen!
Meh – I dunno if that top picture is airbrushed or what, but she looks great in it.

NeNe looks younger than 42 after the procedures.She looks good. I thought she looked fine before (except some skin problems a derm. doc. could have take care of), but if that’s what she wanted to do than great. At least she didn’t deny it, and said she went in for some “dental” work. I like her hair color fine, but I think this particular style is too harsh. I liked it better parted on the side with bangs swept over.
she has a Five-Head, she needs better hairstyles, she’s not your typical pretty or typical beautiful but i think she’s cute.
and i also think her nose job is horrendous, she looks better in the before nose job pic, as a matter of fact, her old nose was fine, but now the tip of the new nose needs some major reshaping or restructuring.
I actually thought Nene looked pretty before, there was nothing wrong with her nose. She was a beautiful black woman, now she’s a beautiful black woman with a white nose…lol.
She needs a refund all that and she is still as ugly as a mud fence
I think its sad that she wasn’t comfortable with her looks before hand – as I think she looked fine. **BUT** if having this work done does something for her spirit, then more power to her.
You know what, I really like her makeup in this picture. I think this might be the first time that I actually liked her makeup. I love NeNe whether her makeup is good or bad.
Just one more thought. I am big busted, and I think it’s fine if women want to have their breast size enlarged. More power to you if that’s what you want. It’s not always a “plus”. I have to say that if NeNe, or these other women, get their breasts enlarged they should make sure they wear a proper fitting bra & top. In this photo it looks like if her breasts were pushed any higher she could rest her chin on them. No. Not good look imo. Reminds me of Kim in that little black bustier no. for her performance. That bustier with her breasts hanging out was a performance in & of itself. I prefer the classy look to the trashy look, but wth am I talking about?!?!

Love Nene and she looks amazing – but let’s not forget – this is the same print rag (People) that published a heavily photoshopped and much ridiculed cover photo of Kate Gosselin parading around in a bikini. At least Nene doesn’t need a body guard to carry her purse, LOL!!
Nene looks terrific, but she’s had more than 3 procedures. I don’t think she owes anyone an itemization, but it would have been more honest to say she’d had “some” work done.
Kinda doubting the 42 before bit. Maybe she just aged early, but I’d have guessed mid-50′s or up from earlier photos & the show. No matter the real age, she’s much younger than moi, & the earlier the upkeep the better the results (as long as you are a careful surgeon-shopper).
When will she get some lower right teeth? Seems vanity augmentation is more important despite financial woes.

And now that is not NeNe but someone else…What did make this woman famous? The way she was before…
Her nose in the leopard dress doesn’t look as bed as the after pic in the black dress. It almost seems like the makeup artist went overboard with contouring and it ended up looking blade thin. She has an oval face so she needs a broader nose to balance it out. IMO. Now for the ashy foundation–the same thing kept happening to me in some pictures and not others and I couldn’t figure it out because it would be the same makeup. So I kept switching brands, switching moisturizes, primers, getting my foundation professionally matched to my skin tone etc. Finally a makeup artist friend of mine told me that for women of color if we use a foundation that has SPF in it and a picture is taken with using a flash it causes the foundation to appear ashy and this is why sometimes the same foundation would like ashy on my skin and sometimes it wouldn’t.
I have to admit that Nene actually looks great this time. Last time, it was bad picture which made her look horrible but this time, she looks great!
I think the real reason why she denied about it because it was filming at that time and wanted to keep it quiet until right time for she to admit it to the public. Many people did same thing when they were filming for their shows.
The best offense is a good defense, Nene.
Not a fan of Neigh Neigh’s but I have to say that the plastic surgeon did her no favors and she needs a refund. She’s a big old heifer but I thought she was pretty just the way she was and the new nose looks silly. She could’ve given it to Dwight so he could breathe. All the surgery, designer clothes and address changes aren’t going to change her DNA. Like Shanniqua Trennae’ Jontae’ says, “You can take da Hoe out da ghetto but you can’t take da ghetto out da Hoe!”

She looks almost as photoshopped as Kate Gosselin did when she was in People. I think the guys in the editing dept need to lay off the Mt. Dew, she looks like she is animated. All of these people need to lay off the plastic surgery and botox.
…and yet she still looks like a man. I don’t get it, nose job? Lipo? Her nose is still big as is her body and why didn’t she get her lazy eye fixed???….such a waste of money. SHe could have invested it (since her husband is so broke that he had to borrow & couldn’t repay a measly $500) or better yet donated it instead of attempting to look attractive, plastic surgery doesn’t work for everyone & she is a perfect example of this fact.
