It seems like Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans just can’t seem to get her life together.
The latest is a new photo scandal involving the MTV reality star who just turned 20 in December. On Thursday, scandalous photos of Jenelle were posted on a Twitter page which shows her partying, drinking and making out with her new female roommate and best friend Victoria Rhyne.
The Twitter account belongs to a James Duffy, whom the Starcasm blog describes as Jenelle’s former boss and also the new live-in-boyfriend of Hannah Inman, a.k.a. Jenelle’s former BFF. James also posted screen shots of text messages he claims are from Jenelle, thanking him for sex and asking him to go buy sex toys for her.
Those wild photos of Jenelle are below as she admitted yesterday that it is her in the pictures. “Yes i learned my lesson all those pics and videos r from two months ago. I never went back,” tweeted Jenelle.
Jenelle is also firing back at “Duffy” telling Starcasm that she never had sex or dated him, while also alleging that he “sexually harassed” her, lied about having sex with her and “poisoned” her. Wowzers.
Jenelle alleges that when she was Duffy’s personal assistant he would invite Jenelle and her friends over for dinner, and they would show up for the free food and alcohol. Ultimately, their business relationship ended when Jenelle says he offered “everything in the world to me ONLY IF i had sex with him.”
She claims she declined his advances and quit working for him. Jenelle also states that she was poisoned by Duffy once when he invited her over for a spaghetti dinner which made her and her friends throw up violently and not remember anything from that day. Jenelle alleges Duffy told her business manager via Facebook that he planned to give the girls Spanish scorpion as an aphrodisiac. She, however, states that whatever he gave them made them extremely ill and black out.
Jenelle posted on her Twitter page today that she is “at the courthouse, taking legal action” against Duffy. She also retweeted a tweet which alleges Duffy has arrest warrants out for failure to pay child support, assault and stalking charges.
Others have also made a valid point that it isn’t too smart of Duffy, who is said to be in his 40s, to post images and videos of underage kids drinking at his home. Some of the photos posted of Jenelle are below.
Moving on to Jenelle’s fellow troubled Teen Mom star Amber Portwood, who remains in jail. Unfortunately for Amber, TMZ is reporting her landlord is planning to evict her.
According to TMZ, the company that owns Amber’s rented home in Anderson, Indiana filed a notice with the courts this week to evict her. The reason? Amber violated her lease agreement though no specifics were given. In fact, the landlord delivered an eviction notice to Amber on Dec. 20, the day after Amber was jailed for violating her probation.
Amber’s attorney had no comment on the issue citing he was not aware of the eviction. Amber, who sits in jail, now has a Jan. 25 court date and could be evicted immediately if she misses it.

After Keefer, Reefer, or whatever the hell his name is, I’m totally convinced that Jenelle Evans would probably sleep and/or get high with anything — or anybody. Apparently the only thing she “won’t” do — is stay home and be a mother to that adorable little boy she brought into this world.
Team Barbara all the way here. Because if it had not been for Barbara’s love for that sweet little boy, where on Earth would he be? Sitting in the background in one of these drunken photographs of her, maybe?

I agree Chris. Which is why teens shouldn’t be having babies. They are not mature enough to make good decisions. Regardless, the 40 year is….he should not be helping her make bad decisions by providing alcohol and taking pictures to be displayed on the Internet exploiting her bad decisions.
@Chris… I get what your saying and I agree that she should own up to her actions regardless of where she or who she is with. i don’t think he forced her to do anything. she seems to be pretty willing to do just about anything. They both share responsibility in this. Just wish he would have been the more mature one and helped to guide her on the right path instead of this one.
@Chris: I think all of us are arguing with you because it seems like you’re defending this guy because Janelle was dumb enough to hang out with him. Clearly Janelle is making dumb decisions here–I’m not trying to defend her or her decisions–I just wanted to point out that the behavior of this 40-something year old man is that of a sexual predator. You’re right–that doesn’t mean that he’s a rapist. But c’mon, you’re a guy and you seem smart and rational–don’t you think there is something majorly wrong with a guy like this that SCREAMS sexual predator?
Anyway, I appreciate that you responded to everyone without saying something horrible about ‘sluts deserving it’ (or similar rhetoric that seems to come up every time there’s an story like this in the news). Or by making personal attacks on anyone.
I don’t have children yet, and you probably don’t either (although pure assumption on my part), but one day you might have daughters and you might look at the world differently when you realize you can’t be with them 24/7 to protect them. And the heartbreaking part is dads have no idea that their daughters will worry about protecting their fathers emotionally, and they won’t tell them about boyfriends who beat them or acquaintances who rape them. I know this is off topic now and I probably sound crazy, but I feel like it’s a secret I can tell you now to help protect your future daughters…
Be kind to the women you meet–we’ve all been preyed on at one time or another, and it makes the world a scary place.
(I hope you have happy, healthy babies, Chris. But for your sake, I hope they’re sons, not daughters. It’ll break your heart.)

I think its natural for you to assume that I’m defending this man. If you look at how I describe him I’m consistent. He is a douche. A simplistic graphic term that for me means he is a scumbag low life. There is little value in someone described in that manner, and I hope you would agree.
My point is that women and girls will A) Run into idiots like this all their lives and they must be prepared for what kind of actions they will encounter from them B) The action of these woman (THEIR actions) are independent of the mans and they must accept responsibility for them.
Yes men can and will act like pigs. Not an argument to be found there. But women must not blame their actions on what the man does or tries to do to them.
I’m not saying these women are the only one making stupid, illegal or immoral choices.
As a man, I firmly believe that we should protect and honor the women in our lives. But unfortunately too many man don’t do that and are these kind of guys that you describe.
It is very dangerous however not to realize that a woman’s sexuality is a powerful thing. I really believe that a their is a very real and basic sexual drive. I don’t think it’s anything that can be eliminated. It’s at the very core of being a man. It’s something that can be controlled at best. Some men control it better than others. Obviously from the fact that there are legitimate date rapes, some scum can’t. Women who don’t realize this are setting foot on dangerous ground, and while they are not “asking for it” they are setting themselves up for a lot of trouble.
I guess on this forum I am showing a “tough love” part of myself. I want people (irregardless of age or sex) to own up to their actions.
Perhaps we can move on now and I hope we all can learn from this in some way.

I hear ya Chris. I guess what I wasn’t communicating was it is not so much a gender issue but an age issue to me. I am a teacher and I know how easy it is to be one of the buds but there has been a trust placed on me by their parents to guide and direct them. And even if I am not in a student/ teacher relationship was a teen, that doesn’t give me the Right to take advantage of their immaturity.

I feel disgusted when I see this older man exploiting young girls just because he can! Doesn’t anyone else feel upset about this turkey of a man playing children’s games??? Gross, wish he was caught when he poisoned these kids, he could’ve killed somebody…hope like hell he wakes up and finds a woman his age…doubt he will find one, but I hope he never plays around luring kids to his house, getting them wasted, and slipping them daterape type of shit! OMG! As I watched Jenelle on “16 & Pregnant” I was thinking to myself “Oh Lord! Everyone in America is gonna think that all teen moms from North Carolina are crazy country bumkins!” Trust me! We are not! She’s a disgrace and a very disappointing representation of my state of North Carolina! She should be very lucky she has such a beautiful mother that would take care of her beautiful child. You know, if you won’t change for your children you aren’t gonna change for no one or nothing! It’s so sad that as a woman she had the most precious gift and has thrown it away! I would really like to meet her in a dark alley!
