This past weekend, Ashley and JP traveled to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada to take in some of the performances at the 31st Annual Edmonton International Fringe Festival. The reality stars the most of their romantic trip by visiting the art gallery and enjoying breakfast for two on their hotel balcony.
Could they be scouting wedding locations? Or were they just enjoying a little time together before the wedding (and media circus) gets under way?

America’s least successful matchmaking show has spawned another walk down the aisle! Although these two smarties have never tried to meet the love of their life under the glare of reality TV cameras. Oh, no – they found each other BEHIND the reality TV cameras. Two Bachelorette producers tied the knot this weekend with Chris Harrison officiating the ceremony. Awwww…
Cassie Lambert and Pete Scalettar said “I Do!” in Malibu under the guidance of Chris (who probably made sure they gave each other the final rose) and it was a full-on reunion as the guest list was filled with former show contestants.
“It might be a new job for me,” Chris joked with People Magazine. ”They asked me in Prague this season when we were there if I would do it for them. … I love them to death and I’ve seen then grow as a couple and I love them as a couple and as individuals.”
Not surprisingly, ABC will air the fall wedding. “It will be filmed as a special, and Chris Harrison will host,” a source tells Life & Style. ”I want it to be a big celebration,” reveals Ashley. “My dream is for it to be outside in a big open field, very down-to-earth.”
JP says, “I want to give her the wedding of her dreams and will be involved as much or as little as she wants.”
A week after revealing she had no immediate wedding plans with her fiancé (isn’t that an oxymoron?)Bachelorettestar Ashley Hebertis now revealing details of her dream wedding!
Ashley, who got engaged to beauJ.P. Rosenbaum on the last season of the ABC hit show, tells In Touch Weekly her “dream is to be outside in a big open field, very down-to-earth.”
“I thought Kim Kardashian’s wedding was gorgeous, but I want mine to be simpler,” adds Ashley on her potential wedding plans to JP whom she refers to as the “love of [her] life.”

Ashley admits that she wants to take dancing lessons with J.P. so that they can have a memorable first dance
A honeymoon somewhere tropical — “One of those huts on stilts in the water,” describes Ashley
Ashley and J.P. will write their vows, and Ashley has already started to write hers: “What bonds us together is the crazy experience we went through. You’re my everything. You look after me, you’re my best friend.”
She wants a televised wedding
“I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with him,” Ashley reveals. “He looks after me. We respect each other. It’s cliche, but our personalities just go together.” Feel free to let out a collective awwwww.
